First time playing here. What a beautiful place! We love trying new courses whenever we can. This mountain course was challenging, lush and well-maintained. Super friendly staff and a great restaurant on site. Great views from the clubhouse over the back 9. We'll definitely be back.

While visiting the property, I was deeply impressed by the exceptional kindness and patience of General Manager Tommy. When I reached out to him in the middle of a snowstorm, he immediately contacted the snow removal company to have my exit path plowed so I could leave the resort safely. He also took the time to guide me through the safest travel routes to my destination, which I greatly appreciated given my limited experience driving in snowy conditions. His professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Beautifully land this course is built on. Amazing views from more than a few of the holes on the course. The restaurant had pretty good food and the guy in the pro shop was super knowledgeable about the course and very helpful! I will say if you're a beginner player, then this course might not be for you quite yet.. it's a very challenging course

Course was in great shape. The views on the back nine were spectacular. Greens rolled true. A challenging layout that I will play several holes differently next time. We are already planning a return trip.

Course is a mountain course so don't expect flat lies or no elevation changes. It will test your game. Don't go for distance off the tee, go for shot placement. Utilize a golf ap for your yardage, but there are markers in fairways for yardage. You do need to judge the elevation changes for correct club selection. Enjoy the course, the view, they are memorable. The views, the course and the staff will make this course one of the most memorable, if not the most memorable experiences you will have playing. The grill stays open depending on business, but if open definitely have burger, they are am…

A True Mountain Golf experience with on site lodging, exceptional food and great staff. The golf course is full of adventure and the greens are ideal! The vistas are breathtaking! It’s just minutes from the parkway and very close to Charlotte. The colors in fall are as good as it gets

Olde Beau Golf Course in Roaring Gap, NC is absolutely stunning! The mountain views are breathtaking, the course is beautifully maintained, and the layout is both challenging and fun. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was peaceful and relaxing. We saw deer and other wildlife throughout the course, which made the round even more enjoyable. A hidden gem—can’t wait to come back!

Young golf “Pro” is rude & arrogant!!! Would never buy or join this golf club as long as he is on staff! We chatted with other golfers in the parking lot & they had the same experience & also w a woman in the shop yesterday too! We have been traveling & playing all over the country this summer and have run into all friendly, professional folk! Fun & challenging course! We did not stay at the resort. This guy needs to GO!

Golf course is beautiful and in great shape. A lot of elevation changes so make sure you are in good shape as walking around the greens and fairways can be tiring. A must play in the area

I want to start by saying the course itself is great. However, despite the greens being recently punched, we were still charged full price, which was disappointing. The bigger issue was the staff — they were unhelpful and acted as if it was a burden to do their jobs. Overall, it was a disappointing experience given how nice the course could be.
