Countryside was always one of my favorite courses. There wasn't anything fancy about it, but it had wide fairways and forgiving greens. I would always take any new golfers there to learn to play...and still have the ball from there that my son made his first par with. HOWEVER, IT IS NO MORE. The clubhouse is marked as private property with no trespassing signs everywhere. I found out after that visit that they closed down over a year ago and are selling off the land for housing. One of my first childhood courses is gone....

Great greens & well kept fairways. Pleasant owners. They were out mowing and put a sign on the door to take a cart and golf then pay on the way out awsome
