Friendly staff and good food. Do expect a 15-20 minute waiting period for your food.

This is a nice golf course with driving range, I also like to come here for breakfast, $4 gets you a plate of eggs with hash browns and a tall cup of coffee. Got a double yolker today.

I played Mesquite many years ago and enjoyed the course. Well maintained, friendly staff..etc. Last week, came to town to visit relatives and mentioned golf to my brother-in-law. Gave the course a call an ask for a quote for my civilian guest and my self. I’m a retired O-4. The response was $80+ and change. Thought that was a little high; but livable. Once on the course I was shocked; the condition was absolutely horrible; if the AFGSC (GEN. Cotton) comes to town and wants to play golf; Abilene CC is you course. Grazing longhorns would be the best use of this acreage!!!

Ive been golfing here for a few years now, and the course manager, maintenance team, and friendly staff are doing a excellent job not only maintaining, but also improving this course and clubhouse! Best bang for the buck to golf in Abilene, hands down!!

The course is poorly taken care of. You can barely tell where the fairway is because it blends in with the rough. You have to constantly move your ball so that you don’t hit rocks or weeds. The only good thing about the course itself is the greens. The greens are taken care of. I don’t recommend this course unless you are looking for cheap golf to play.

Wonderful owners, very personable. The course is dry right now as we have had little rain. We enjoy rounds there.

Wow! Great value. The course was in very good shape and twilight was wide open. I walked 9 in just over an hour.

One of the best PGA professionals in the world. So I've been told. Rarely see the the guy. He keeps gouging poor old retired GI'S.

My son and I went out at night to drive some balls. We hadn't hit a ball in ten plus years. So being there late without others there helped save face. We will be slipping out again soon.

Ben the cook really knows what he's doing, makes a great grilled chicken wrap, eat there often 3 to 4 days a week.
