In summary

Lyndon Golf Course is appreciated for its affordability and suitability for beginners, offering a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. While some golfers enjoy the straightforward layout and community feel, others point out issues with course maintenance, lack of signage, and the need to cross a busy highway, which can disrupt the flow of play. Additionally, the absence of tee times and allowance of larger groups may lead to a slower pace of play.

The layout of this course is disjointed and confusing, with several holes feeling out of place. One of the biggest issues is the lack of proper signage. It's difficult to know where you're headed next, and there's very little guidance throughout the round. Even worse, you're required to cross a busy highway multiple times, which significantly impacts the flow and safety of the experience. While the price is slightly more affordable than other courses, the value just isn’t there unless it drops to around 25 dollars for 18 holes with a cart. There are no tee times, no course marshal, and overal…

Good beginner course. They really don’t do tee times so that’s a dual edged sword. On one hand, you can essentially play anytime you want. However, on the other hand it creates bad flow . It can turn into a longer golf round than expected. You’ll usually have a group in front of you that you’ll have to wait for and then there will be somebody behind you watching you tee off. Sometimes If you’re lucky, you’ll just be able to play through with nice flow. At the end of the day i feel it’s a beginner course. The grass isn’t very lush and will give you a nice roll if you’re new/rusty and hit a bad…

I've been to this course several times without issue. Today was a different story. We got to the course knowing that it would be slow but not realizing that this course allows 5somes to play. I paid for 18 and a cart but we were slowed down by the group of 5 in front of us. The kid in the clubhouse was aware of the 5some as he was outside watching them. They were also very slow and did not allow anyone to pass. After 3 hours on the front 9, we decided we weren't going to play all 18. I asked the kid in the clubhouse if they offered vouchers or refunds as this was clearly his fault. It is nice…

Lyndon's a good value for novices & hacks (most of us), if you want to work on mechanical fundamentals. I.E. the terrain is very angular & there are several holes where u can rip it.

Great golf course, a bit dry due to not having much rainfall but all in all a great course.

Course is in terrible shape and the hole numbers are all out of wack, easy to get turned around here. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re a beginner golfer

I've been here many times and it's a great beginner course but nothing more. A major road cuts through the course which makes it very loud and there is a trailer park in the back 9 that is not difficult to slice a drive into. It is quite cheap which is nice but that is for a reason. The grass is very dead when it's dry and too long when it's wet. With that all being said, it is a step from from a par 3 place for newer golfers to test their mettle. I would definitely recommend for newer people who want a casual, low-pressure experience. Strong golfers will be frustrated here by the poor conditi…

Nice assortment of challenging golf holes. No par 5 s. But greens were in good early season shape. Great learning course. Fun for all abilities of player. Will not break your bank.

Good Day, A big Thank You to the Lyndon Golf Course for sponsoring a round of golf for Veterans from Clear Path. We had a great time and found the course to be in great shape. It’s so important to the Veteran community to be about to meet and interact with each other. Thanks again and we look forward to playing again soon.

Nice course, although everyone that play at this course must be PGA ready because I’m a +9 and still have to rush playing in front of 74 yr old Ms Martha and Ms Patty.😁
