In summary

Little Met Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained greens and convenient location, offering a simple and quick 9-hole round suitable for beginners and those looking for a casual game. The course's affordability and peaceful setting are also highlighted as positives. However, some visitors express concerns about the pace of play and the behavior of staff, noting issues with management's handling of slower players and a lack of amenities such as GPS on carts and clean facilities.

Let me start with the positives… the greens are challenging and VERY well kept. Better greens than Bunker Hill (which are often covered in goose 💩). Their logo ball is the absolute cutest as I collect from every course I play. I like supporting the Metroparks. I love the location of the course with respect to food and other things. The starter was very rigid but I appreciate the effort to keep things running on time. For the challenges … I love young people playing the game. It’s wonderful. However, this course is cheap and caters to kids that don’t even dress enough to respect the etiquette o…

A nice 9 hole course within the metro park system. Hole 3 is a par 5 and longest on the course. The greens are regularly well kept. Getting into the rough on some of the holes is a lot of trouble as it is really thick. You are playing along side the Rocky River on 6 and 7. Overall simple course but you can easily get a tee time anytime of year so long as you book a couple days in advance. Typically walk the course as it is very flat.

Short 9-hole course, which has a consecutive trio of near identical par-3 holes. It's quaint and easy to play. There are some good deals for greens fee too. I would recommend to golfers in the area looking for an easy and quick round. Some of the greens are fairly challenging though. Almost no hazards too, which is a major plus for beginners.

The staff at this golf course is the reason no one is interested in learning golf anymore. My friend and I are both beginner/advance beginner and we’re playing with an older couple. For claiming to be a beginner and senior citizen friendly course I have never been treated more rudely for “playing too slow”. They claimed the people behind us were complaining and they have received over 3 phone calls of people complaining or pushing back their tee times. The group behind us literally felt the need to tell us that they did not complain and have never seen them talk to a group like that before.wou…

Nice little metro park course. Reasonably well-kept. Varied hole lengths and great For a beginner. However, reading past reviews it’s clear there some issue with course pace management. We were ready 10 minutes prior to our tee time yet had to wait 10 minutes past our time to tee off. Which was fine. We had to wait at almost every hole to hit, which was also fine. We were then scolded by a ranger to play faster (are we supposed to hit with other golfers on the fairway???). Which was not fine. Not my problem to fix if players before us on the course backed us up ten minutes.

Course was pretty simple but we did the night golfing and it was way to much fun! I will say it’s a bit dangerous with the amount of people of the course but it just added to the fun

I would have to be forced to play here again, or go early on a week day maybe. The starter isn’t very pleasant and rushes you to start when people were still on the fairway. So we hurried and we pulled to the next hole, to twosome in front didn’t even tee off yet and they were terrible and incredibly slow. Hole 3 we caught up behind them again, and the foursome in front of them. While the foursome we putting, the twosome finally teed off, and the. Before we even teed up, we had another foursome up our rear. Every hole after that was waiting nearly 10 Minutes each time before we could tee of…

Great course to go to with the wife or girlfriend or if you want to do a quick round. Some nice par 4s and a par 5 to start so you can use your driver and then some par 3s to work on the short game. Finish with a couple fun par 4s. Whole course has a great forest back drop. Greens are in great shape, fairways are decent weather dependent of course. Best to go on golf-now deals so it's $15 per person. Otherwise it's 21 per person which is kind of pricey.

The man at the front is so incredibly rude. We arrived 20 minutes early and were able to start playing early as well. The man walked down to us at the first hole to tell me to start at the tee further down, likely because I am a woman, to which I said no thank you and he felt the need to continue to harass me and say, “you sure?” with a chuckle. He then carted down to us to rush us along saying we look like “new golfers” and that they were very busy today. Our tee time was 8:20 and it was 8:22 when he started badgering us further. We basically gave up on the first hole because we felt so press…

Love this course. Great beginner course with a nice calm atmosphere. I recommend walking otherwise you'll catch up to people too quickly (emphasis on beginners course)

This place is very poorly ran. If you love members of the clubhouse yelling at you in your backswing, this is your place! I wouldn’t recommend giving this course a try, ever.
