In summary

Westlake Meadowood Golf Course is appreciated for its friendly staff, affordability, and suitability for beginners, with several short par 3 courses that offer a relaxed and enjoyable golfing experience. However, the course conditions, particularly the fairways and greens, receive mixed feedback, with some visitors noting they are in rough shape or outdated. While the course provides a good setting for practicing the short game, some guests have mentioned concerns about the layout's safety due to closely situated holes and limited amenities such as food options.

Played the white course today. Good for fresh beginners as it’s mostly par 3s. Fairways and greens were in rough shape but playable. Staff was friendly and it was a fun game overall.

Great place for a day of golf! Well maintained, nice, friendly staff! Recommend.

The course is outdated, but the real problem is how nasty the manager is. She is so rude to kids and to their parents who are excited for a round of golf. You would think she’d be happy to share the game, but instead is cruel to those who come in. Won’t be giving them my business again.

Definitely overestimated the course. Played the 5 hole yellow loop today. It was a nice surprise. Compared to other 18 hole courses where you can essentually drive it till you get to the green, this loop will make you stop and think. Gauge your distances and placement before just shooting for the stars. Great little loop to get a feel for what you can do with what irons you have. Great experience and I'll be back to hit the full 9 hopefully with a few friends.

Great for working on short game but the golf course is short. Dangerous with how close all the holes definitely have to have your head on a swivel. Also no food at the office. Very small drink selection.

This may be the worst course I have ever played. I've seen rabid animals that look less mangled than these greens I'm not sure if a recent war happened on the fairways, but they seem to have been subject to intense artillery rounds recently 0/10 Sincerely, +46 Handicap

It’s a cute little course. They have a few different courses that you can play on, but be aware that this is a par 3 course! I didn’t know this when arriving. Obviously I still had lots of fun when I was there and I played well, but the course we played on (red course) had 7 par 3’s and only 2 par 4’s. All the staff that I came across were very friendly and extremely helpful, which was super nice. Overall, it’s a nice course that I had fun playing on, but it is mainly a par 3 course, so be aware of that!

A lunch in time catered and the food was fabulous. We ate in a log cabin structure with a nice bar

workers were so nice but course was in bad shape, yardage didn’t seem right on some holes. very short and basically copied and pasted the same par 3 a couple times on the red course. better value elsewhere

The fairways are rough, the greens are fairways. Huge potential for this beautiful property, wish the city of Westlake would put some money into this course. The land is there for a great 18 hole course, but instead its 2 9's and a 5?

Great place for beginners and not so good golfers. I usually shoot a 50-56 on 9 at regular course, here on executive 9 shot 35. Always very well kept but miss the yellow course. If it ever became a regular 18 hole course, it would be busy and thus become a little more stressful to mediocre golfers like other courses. But still a great location
