In summary

Links Golf Course of Paso Robles is appreciated for its friendly staff, reasonable rates, and enjoyable links-style layout set amidst beautiful vineyards. The course is generally well-maintained, with fast greens and a flat terrain that suits both beginner and intermediate golfers. However, some visitors mention a lack of shade, ongoing construction, and concerns about the planned RV development potentially affecting the course's natural appeal.

Little pricey. But not crowded and staff was great! Beautiful driving range.. It was a Great Day! ( Disclaimer I don't play golf )

I rate this course a 4 because it has its own unique features. Enjoy the layout. The course looks like it is being remodeled or get a facelift. Greens are nice and fast. Great for beginner and immediate golfers. Must warn you though there is no shade at all. Wide open course so be prepared on a hot day. This will soon be a RV golf resort, can’t wait.

It's an ok golf course at a reasonable price. Played here while passing through. Hard to see where the fairway ends and the rough begins. It's links style and the grass of the fairways look more like pasture grass and haves not been reseeded, if they ever have or ever will be.

First time playing the course today, very flat but still you must take care in hitting the fairways. Don’t want to send one wide into the beautiful vineyards the greens are pure and perfect straight but you must hit the ball. Enjoyed playing this course will be back Cambria

A little skeptical to play at first given some other reviews and photos, but this course is excellent. Not a lot of trouble off the tee, but has its challenges with length and a lot of waste area. Low cost and low key, a good alternative to the other Paso courses.

Normally, when not being aerated, the greens are in great shape...maybe the best in the north county. Staff is always friendly. This course is in better shape than La Purisima. Two complaints however...the vineyard placement on 6, 8, and, to a lesser extent on 11, is ridiculous. Completely took away the natural flow of the course. Also, what is up with the plowing...let the weeds grow a bit taller if you must, but on the occasional errant shot, don't make me try to hit from between 2' tall chunks of dirt. Overall, a great course.

It was an ok course. Placed right in the middle of some wineries. Service was first class.

It’s absolutely beautiful in the early morning and evening rather hot in the middle of the day. The golfers seem to enjoy the course recommend a cart no much shade.

It's a decent 18 hole links style golf course. Nothing too fancy. They are in the process of building an new restaurant and clubhouse it looks like. A fair price and nothing fancy.

One of these days, I'm going to beat this course. Guess I'll have to keep coming back until I do.

A flat, desolate strip of land out by the airport, hemmed in on either side by lovely vineyards. Despite the strange setting, or maybe because of it, playing a round is a fun experience, as if golfing in Afghanistan or on another planet.

Not impressed at all! None of the tees are numbered, the cart paths are not maintained just have a bad choice of gravel on them. Some of the greens had mowing clippings all over them!!!
