In summary

Links at Lake Erie is appreciated for its good pricing and the efforts of new management to improve the course, with some visitors noting the nice layout and friendly clubhouse staff. However, many golfers express concerns about the course's maintenance, pointing out issues like dry fairways, weedy bunkers, and unkempt greens, which detract from the overall playing experience. While some improvements are underway, the course still requires significant attention to reach its full potential.

Price is fine, but course needs a lot of maintenance to get better. There's too many weeds in the traps and greens need to be cut and rolled to be better fairways in places are too narrow and need to be cut back to be fair. If they take time for maintenance, it could be a good place to play. Until then,???

Wow. Just disappointed, drove half an hour to go to this golf club. I wanted to just try the driving range and realized I forgot my clubs so I asked if I could pay to rent some clubs. The lady behind the desk was nice about it. On the other hand the blonde cleaning girl was borderline rude. The way she said it was disgusting and the whole time I was there she would keep bumping into me and hitting me with the carpet cleaner thing. All because I wasn't wearing fancy clothes. That girl needs to be fired or learn how to treat people with respect. I have lost all interest in coming back. There Is…

I know course is on its way back from 2016 mess but still has a ways to go. Has new carts which is a plus. Sunday morning greens not cut. Heather is now in areas that didnt have it before. Tee boxes not cut also. For weekend price $30 I'll give it 3 out of 5. Has potential but needs more maintenance done.

Fairways are really dry and burned up. Hit a fairway and ball rolls and rolls, but then it is hard to find a good patch of grass to hit from. Greens were in good shape. Club house staff is great.

Course is a complete disaster! Bunkers have more weeds than sand. Fairways are fried and hard. There is no apron around the greens. The greens are in awful shape. This seems like a place that is going out of business. They aren't doing any work on the course and they're just taking the last greens fees it can get. Sad cuz it's a decent layout.

Worst place i have golfed in years. The "fairways" were like the dessert. and alot of the greens had burn holes. It was better to play outside the fairways,, at least you had a chance to play off something green colored instead of dirt.

Decent course which was pretty well maintained. Great price. Would rate higher but a little bit of slow play prolonged the round slightly. Overall.l, very nice and worth a return trip.

Not a bad course, but needs some TLC. the new owners are golf intelligent so I think they will be successful in turning the course In to a great place.

Overpriced and wasn't as maintained as I expected.... There is a new owner now, so hopefully he can make some changes and bring the course back to a good looking course and maybe put in some deals or something in that nature to draw more people in...

I do not golf but camp at Harbortown RV Resort abutting the course. It is permanently closed and under development for an industrial project.
