We came all the way from San Diego for a golf trip at Orange Lake Resort with my wife and a buddy, and Kerry in the golf shop and cart area absolutely made our whole Florida vacation awesome. We went up to rent a cart and clubs, and he hooked us up right away, got the right sizes, made sure everything was good to go, and even threw in some funny comments that had us cracking up before we even teed off. Hello Orange Lake Golf Team, I am currently visiting Orlando as a tourist from Brazil. I recently had a tee time/reservation at your golf course 01/04/26 8:04 am, but I was unfortunately denied entry into the property by security because I was presenting my Brazilian driver’s license, and they informed me that it would be illegal to drive with it in Florida. I would like to kindly request clarification on your club access and identification policy for visitors. I understand that this property has private access rules, but I also would like confirmation that tourists with valid foreign driver…

We golfed the Executive course of none holes Cranes Bend. The resort put way too many guests on the course. Incredible back ups as a result. Very well maintained but for $41 they need to assess profits vs. play. We are locals and did not stay.

We did not stay at this resort, bit visited to play 18 holes on The Legend course. Nice golf course and not frustratingly difficult. Had a lovely round and service was top notch.

Very nice facility with multiple courses that are all pretty above average quality. We played The Reserve, Crane’s Bend, and Legends Walk. The Reserve was the best, Legend’s Walk is a fun night golf course, and Crane’s Bend was okay, but we probably won’t play it next time.

We've owned here since 2010 and absolutely LOVE this resort!!! We will always come back year after year! I highly recommend it.

This review is to alert future players that to enter the resort area a US drivers license is required. My group booked tee time and when at the resort entrance was asked for a valid drivers license. We showed valid drivers license, including an International valid drivers license, and the security did not allow the entry, stating that only a US drivers license was accepted. Alternatively we suggested parking the car outside and walking in, which was also denied by security.

Golfed Feb 2026 Got talked into some skins by some guys drinking heavily. We won half the holes but somehow ended up owing them $28 due to their complicated rules, and you can’t reason with a drunk so we paid. Rental clubs were trash graphite shaft irons. Overpriced for the experience that I got.

We are playing in the court right now. It’s super slow. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes to finish 9 holes and waiting to start in the 10th for more than 15 minutes. Poor management.

My son and played the par three course at night time hours for a fun and challenging experience. We had lots of laughs (mostly at me). The greens are tiny tiny tiny but aren’t very fast. The bunkers are perfect and well maintained. The course is in really great shape fr the most part. The only thing that I’ll knock is the night pricing. By the time exchange was factored in, we paid 150$. Ouch. I would love to play it again but the price for a par three course is a bit much.

Played both 18 hole courses and can’t complain about anything, pick the right tee box and even a bunch of 20 handicappers can have a blast. Prices are fair for us snowbirds and very friendly staff. All card and no cash is a little strange for a Gen-Xer but this place should be on your list, thanks Orange Lake 👍😎👍😎
