In summary

Holly Lake Ranch Golf Course is frequently praised for its beautiful and well-maintained greens, friendly staff, and peaceful natural setting, often featuring wildlife such as deer. The course layout and amenities, including a well-stocked pro shop and reasonable golf cart rentals, contribute to a positive experience for many visitors. However, some criticisms include management issues related to tee time scheduling and pace of play, as well as occasional negative interactions with certain members or residents.

Neat concept with their setup. They have a shotgun morning and afternoon tee time. Greens are amazing! The weather was perfect in the afternoon all three days, so it was quite busy in the afternoon. We play the morning the day we left and there was only 6-8 players in the course. Enjoyed my rounds Holly Lake 👍

Beautiful, amazing golf course. The employees are friendly and the course is well kept. The Proshop has everything you need and the golfcart rentals are very reasonable. I just love all the Marshals and the people in the Pro shop and how they keep everything running so smoothly, it is such a friendly and peaceful course to play. Not to mention that you are surrounded by nature, a few deer or a fox just might join you on several of the golf greens.

Great place to checkout with the family...if you own a place or rent one for the weekend! Golf course is nice and a great play! Clubhouse has pretty good food. The activity center is perfect for a quick bite as well as a rainy day. There is an indoor gun range...nothing special but it’s nice to have. Walk trails, take the golf cart for a spin...get away from the city and enjoy your time here!

I love it here! I get to live in my big polygonal house, invite my lover/cousin GTD over, and gaze into the eyes of deers longingly. I recommend heavily!

Horrible....there are a lot of snotty people with "big fish in a little pond" syndrome. The scenic beauty is amazing but the few persons that seem to "run" Holly Lake Ranch ruin that beauty by their prejudices & "different rules for different people" ways. If u visit, know if u don't fit in their "type," u very well may incur a bunch of harassment & excessive fines to run u out. It is in dire need of a new regimen. It's like a bunch of grumpy old people that still have high-school clique mentality. I would not recommend choosing this place for a "nice" vacation.

Great course, friendly staff! Every time I play here I fall more in love with the course. This course is in excellent shape. Hit it straight, lay-up and drain those puts! After your done, grab a bite to eat at the restaurant!

Everything at this place is great, but I do agree with golf comment. It seems like the course rangers wants everyone to play fast so their certain groups aren't held up, but be held up by them is okay. For this course their is no need for a ranger, this course is easy to finish under 4 hours unless you are in that certain group that schedules a tee time 3 hours before you have to be somewhere else.

Course is fairly nice, but the managment is horrible. They like to play speed golf and can't schedule tee times appropriately. We teed off with 2 groups behind us and they were ridden by the Marshall for playing too slow - which doesn't help anyone play better (we finished in under 4 hours). They seem to think 2.5 hours is appropriate for 18 holes.

This is a beautiful course with a great staff. They were so accommodating and friendly to our family- we had a great afternoon of golf! Special thanks to the young lady that ran out to our car to return a phone we left in the cart!

the experience was terrible never been to a golf course were they only do shotguns and you can’t go inside the country club to get water or anything or else all the old people will yell at you when you come back out so you have to hold your pee in and if you run out of water oh well they don’t care. and they won’t refund you when we barely played 6 holes terrible experience and waste of money pro shop workers were nice but other then that wouldn’t recommend
