Great Neck Country Club

Absolutely disappointed with a place I use to love. Held a Sweet 16 and was charged for 19 guests that never showed, and several we notified the venue about and they still weren't removed from the final count. Called the next day after double checking the receipt. Received a call back today that I wouldn't be refunded any of it. Never returning and telling everyone I know to avoid this business, bunch of thieves.

Attended an event that was absolutely beautiful because of the hostess but the people running the venue seem to not have any common sense at all.

Beautiful event, lousy management. This place is going downhill since Brian retired. Won't be surprised to see better management for private functions soon.

Very pleasantly surprised! We had a smallish event here. About 50 guests, DJ, and bought their cocktail package with add ons. Feedback from guests was great. Staff was very helpful, especially Beverly. She was such a sweetheart.

We just went for lunch, the food was mediocre at best and expensive for the quality you received. The atmosphere was very loud, where we couldn’t engage in conversation with our guests at our own table. The waitress was very good, so the reason I’m doing 3 stars instead of 2.
