In summary

Del Mar Golf Course is appreciated for its challenging hilly layout and reasonable pricing, making it an enjoyable experience for both casual and seasoned golfers. The course is generally in decent condition, though some areas like the fairways and greens could use more maintenance. While the staff is often praised for their accommodating nature, there are recurring complaints about unexpected closures and communication issues regarding tee times.

I played 18 solo the other day and had a great time! First time at the course and I'll be back. The fairways could have used a trim but otherwise, it was good! $26 w/ cart on golfnow. Can't beat the price!

We hold our golf outing here every year, and the staff is very accommodating to our specific needs. As with any place, there are a few things that I would change (bathrooms need to be updated and bigger), which is why this place got four stars instead of 5, but everybody had a great time, and that's all that matters. If you look at my pictures, you'll see that Smokin Dave's BBQ in Ellwood City catered our event, and their food is the best in the area!

The course was in decent shape after a morning rain. Tee boxes are a little rough but fairly flat. Fairways are expected for a course that doesn’t water but playable. Greens were receptive and putted well but very rough around the perimeters. Overall liked the hilly layout and had fun playing. Food and drinks available at the turn were decent and not over priced.

Hit 9 holes in the evening and we almost had the place to ourselves! Nice little hidden gem in Beaver County. Never played it before but was impressed with the conditions. Excellent! Fun to play and should be a course your weekend golfer can enjoy. I'll be back for sure to play 18.

Showed up at 9 for a 9:04 tee time, straight up closed. Nobody at the shop/office or restaurant. Found the greenskeeper around and he said it happens all the time. Drove an hour out and paid for a round that couldn’t even be played. WE WEREN’T EVEN THE FIRST TEE TIME BOOKED. Absolutely astonished at the complete lack of respect for their customers, will NEVER be back

Made a tee time online for 12:32pm today. Was charged a convenience fee to make said tee time. Called at 10:30am to make sure this course was open today. Was assured it was. I show up 5 minutes before my tee time to be told they are closed. No explanation. Yet, I. Can see 30 carts already out on the course. Unbelievable. Was sent home. This joke of a golf course has lost a customer for life. I also home as many as possible who read this choose to golf literally anywhere else. This place is extraordinarily poorly run and never in great shape. Spend your money elsewhere.

The course is in great shape and is fun to play. You can’t beat it for a small town local course. The atmosphere of the clubhouse and surroundings is great as well. Nothing beats playing 18 holes and popping in for some hotdogs and boozy slushies at the bar when making the turn.

Solid course. Has some really awesome views from the back 9. Reasonable price and laid back atmosphere makes for a fun place to go last minute or with newbies. Oddly enough there are no hazards (sand or water) on the entire course.

I don’t get to play in areas with hills too often so this was a great. The course is not in pristine condition but that doesn’t matter much to me. If you’re a walker this would be challenging with many big hills.

My 4 year old loves golf balls i always drive up there and park and we walk the road and he picks up the gold balls that people lost in the fields. Its big and beautiful and amazingly fun to walk and watch.

Challenging old style and mature course. You can definitely score here you just need to know where to place the ball. Some holes are grip and rip and some can be dangerous.

Challenging public course with quite a few hills.
