The course layout is considered challenging and enjoyable, and the clubhouse is noted for its quality amenities. Under new management. The conditions of the course are improving after what seemed a period of neglect. By no means perfect, but good value for a public course with a compelling and challenging layout. Clubhouse is amazing. We moved our league to Deer Track effective this season and looking forward to what a year's worth of TLC will do to the place.

Be warned. Went there for my Labor Day holiday .booked a 3 o’clock tee time for 18 holes just like the website said (the official one mind you, not a third party one) get there and the manager and/ or owner who was just as abrasive as these fairways told us we were cut off to only 9 holes and was charged 35$ and not 28$ like their website said(if your gonna have two ways to book a tee time, call/website at least make it right or honor it). Was very displeased at the state of the course too all greens, fairways and tee boxes look like this. I remember being there awhile ago and was not nearly as…

I’ve golfed in a women’s league at Deer Track for many years. I left for a season due to terrible conditions of the course. Since the new ownership has taken over, they have made tremendous improvements. The employees are very friendly. Very relaxed environment.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Course is challenging with interesting layouts and water hazards. Greens are in fair shape and improving with fairways having some rough spots. Overall a nice public course!

Deer track with the new ownership and new management staff has improved significantly! I play her multiple times a week and the course is always in great shape and the staff is the best around. If you haven’t been here in years give it another try!

Greens were all over the place, April 2026. Not what I expected for $33 for 9

The course was in terrible shape the greens where bear with little to no grass on them. They looked like a bearing wasteland. The fairways were covered in weeds or brown dead grass. The tee boxes were just sand or weeds. This course used to be in good shape. It’s as if the owner decided to stop taking care of it. All of a sudden they charge me almost full price to play there. I will not go back anytime soon.

Beautiful course with a fantastic clubhouse, a very nice bar and lots of seating inside and out that can accommodate large events. Carts are clean and updated. Love the island green on the 6th tee. Looking forward to many good times here!

The course was in real rough conditions at the moment. We were out there on the course before the grounds crew. Putting and chipping green were amazing along with the range. Everything was up to be a really good time except the course. The staff and the clubhouse were too notch. Current course quality was made the course so bad

Course is in horrendous shape. Terrible fairways, greens are completely decimated, tee boxes are burnt up and severley uneven. Charging golfers $49 is an absolute crime. It's not even worth paying $10 to play!!! Definitely will never play here again. It has only gotten worse year after year! What an absolute crap show!!!

Overpriced and under maintained. Every green has weeds and lumps growing all over them or dead and rock hard, tee boxes are fried dead and slick. $45 is way too much for the poor conditions when other local courses charge the same or even less and are substantially nicer (expected) conditions. Fun course design, poor up keep. Sorry to be harsh but it is the truth.

I called multiple times with no one picking up the phone. Their website said they were open so I decided to drive there. When we arrived there were people golfing who had carts but the clubhouse was closed. Very dissatisfied and wish there would have been better communication. This is the first time it has happened to me but would like to see a change.
