In summary

The Country Club of Miami is appreciated for its friendly staff and challenging layout, particularly on the East course, which some golfers find enjoyable. However, many visitors express dissatisfaction with the course's overall condition, citing poorly maintained fairways, greens, and bunkers, which detract from the golfing experience. Additionally, concerns about the value for money and issues with course management and communication are frequently mentioned.

The staff is really nice, but the course it’s lacking a lot of maintenance. And let’s be honest, sometimes you sacrifice quality for price, but they are charging almost $60 and tees, fairways, and greens are in horrible shape. It’s not worth it.

This was almost another one of those "I'd give it no stars if I could" reviews. I returned here after a long hiatus from doing so due to extremely poor course conditions on both courses. I was informed by someone I formerly trusted about such matters, that the East course "wasn't that bad"... He lied. Ok maybe 'lied"is a bit strong. I'm told most of the fairways were in decent shape. I can't say that I saw much of all of them, but that's not what this review is about so moving on. The rough was generally manageable but our group opted to play preferred lies due to some funky area. The greens,…

Friendly staff, fair prices but you pay for what you get. Atrocious greens, some full of mud and unearthed areas. Not a smooth line to a hole on any green. Fairways were fine. Some bunkers full of rocks. Overall, good for practice I suppose, but not putting practice. Played east course, West looked a lot worse from what I saw from a distance.

I love this course but the clubhouse entrance needs a facelift. I know exactly what it needs and I want to help. Get in contact with me.

Pathetic condition. Why are they open for business in the condition is so poor. There is practically no fairway. It is all weeds. Greens are a mess and bunkers have plants growing in them.

I am from out of time and wanted to play a round with my wife before football started. We booked tee time at 7:40 am. They did tell they are seeding the greens which was no issue at the time. We showed up for bag drop off area received very little help so wasn’t a good start. We checked in and paid but wasn’t really informed on course. So really didn’t know where to go as not much directions was given. The starter was nice and helpful so that was a good start. The course I can say needs major improvement. The tees were like hitting from a rough even teeing up the ball to see it much better. Fa…

Greens aren’t that bad. My girlfriend who was riding along sunk a 30ft putt. She didn’t think it was that big of a deal because she doesn’t play golf. If she can do it, so can you :).

West Course - Poor course layout, conditions aren’t great either - looks nothing like photos on their website. The lack of signage on the course is particularly shocking. Even for the cheap price there needs to be some improvement.

Not the kind of greens or fairways for $60 rate in the middle of the week, not worth it

Probably the single worst experience I’ve had at a Golf Course. For $40+ you would expect even the bare minimum of hospitality or friendliness, yet the Gentleman at the Pro Shop ( I believe he was the shop manager) when asked a simple question about if they had any food pretty rudely told us to read the email for confirmation. Ok cool sorry for asking I guess. After that the course host gave us trouble about having 1 person in a Golf Cart alone, like we didn’t have the card in the front saying we could have 1 in a cart by himself IN A PARTY OF 3. But ok fine we were ready to start playing, exc…
