In summary

Coral Oaks Golf Course is appreciated for its challenging layout and budget-friendly rates, with some visitors noting well-maintained greens and friendly staff. However, there are frequent criticisms regarding poor course conditions, including sparse fairways and damaged greens, as well as issues with slow pace of play and inadequate management of tee times. Some guests have also expressed dissatisfaction with the value for money, given the course's current state and service.

This is a great layout simi challenging golf course. Fairways were really nice when we played the week of Christmas 2025. Some un level spots on the FW which makes the course more interesting to play. 3 or 4 greens had patches so hopefully those would improve as the season goes on. The staff were really nice and friendly.

Bar service was very slow and it was difficult to get the attention of the woman working, which was frustrating right from the start. The pace of play was awful. We had a 12:30 tee time and didn’t tee off until around 12:45. Once on the course, we were consistently waiting 10–15 minutes before teeing off on nearly every hole. The starter was strict about making sure our extra rider paid to ride along, which is fine, but once we were actually out on the course, there was no ranger in sight managing pace of play or keeping groups moving. Course conditions were also very poor. Tee boxes and fa…

Played this course while on vacation. Booked our Tee Time thru GolfNow at a very reasonable rate. Excellent greens. Will certainly play again at my first opportunity.

⭐️ (only because Google won’t let me give zero) If your goal is to donate money and watch the sun set while standing on tee boxes, this is the place for you. The course is in awful condition, but that’s almost impressive considering the real attraction here is how aggressively they oversell tee times. Our original tee time was 2:52 PM. The group behind us (2:45) let us go ahead—huge mistake, because this course proudly operates on 7-minute tee times. On a public municipal course. Genius. By 4:06 PM, we were on hole 5. Read that again. Hole. Five. The threesome in front of us refused to let our…

Golf course is in terrible condition. Grass is sparse in fairways. This is not the typical Florida tight lie situation. I am saying hard pan soil that makes consistent contact impossible. Some greens are in fair shape but most have areas of missing grass. My advice is do not waste your money on this course. Even the practice green was closed.

Enjoy the Golf. The greens weren't in the beat of condition but the pin placements were very challenging

Nice course. Pulled up to bag drop and the gentleman helped load our clubs right onto a cart. They have a water station at the clubhouse with cups and ice, alcohol to of course. Course was challenging but forgiving. Nice layout. Fairways and tee boxes were in decent shape and greens even better. Cart girl always came around. Pace of play was good, I was expecting to wait based on reviews from Google but we didn’t wait much. All in all I will be back.

Greens are fast. Course is in good shape considering the lack of rain over the past several months. Cheapest full-size course in the area with six (6) tee options from tournament, back, middle (standard white tees), front, ladies and a much shorter tee option they call "fun tees."

Coral Oaks Golf Course Tee time was delayed, they booked tee times every 7 minutes which leads to constant delay on every tee box , practice green closed , on course restrooms closed , the course has not seen any water as I don’t think the irrigation works, fairways are awful, greens are diseased and have not been repaired and they charge $110 for a course that is not worth $60. The help is very pleasant to deal with, But I think whoever is the superintendent of that course is either just mailing it in or non existent, or maybe the city is not giving him any help to get the job done.We used to…

At just $47 per person, Coral Oaks is a budget-friendly course that's still well-maintained and enjoyable to play. Be sure to bring plenty of balls, as they tend to find their way into the water – at least they did for me! One hole was closed for irrigation system repairs during our visit.

Signed up for 18 holes, it took 3 hours to play nine holes because nobody knows how to play ready golf. We sacrificed nine holes. Rangers should be more attentive to playing time. I guess the rules don't apply. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I’m guessing turning the operation to a private company was supposed to result in a better run place. Instead the price keeps going up and the quality keeps going down. Hitting off bare fairways, putting on greens that balls don’t roll true, an unplayable green, no practice putting green. The list goes on and on
