In summary

Cazenovia Golf Club is highly praised for its well-maintained course, featuring immaculate greens and a challenging yet enjoyable layout. The staff and amenities, including the restaurant and pro shop, receive positive feedback for their quality and service. While most experiences are positive, there is a noted issue with communication regarding tee time policies and pass expirations, and one review highlights dissatisfaction with a wedding event due to unexpected course activity and additional charges.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cazenovia Country Club is a hidden gem. The golf course is always in great shape, fun to play, and never feels overcrowded. The pool area is clean, relaxing, and perfect for families. We’ve had some great days there this summer. The restaurant consistently serves solid food, with a nice variety of options and great service. Whether it’s lunch after a round or dinner with family, it hits the mark. The pro shop is cool, and the staff are always awesome and welcoming. Everything about the club feels inviting and well run. Definitely a five-star experience across the board.

Incredible immaculate undulating greens..run true to what you see..fairways maintained beautifully..challenging ( yet forgiving, thankfully!! ) course. Truly one of the finest courses in New York that the owner, members and maintenance can be proud of.

It’s my first year at the club and it has been a great experience. One of the nicest courses in the area for sure, best private course I have played too. Greens, fairways and tee boxes are all perfect. Mark the pro is a great guy too.

This is a private course that our group played with passes through Group Golfer. When I called to book tee times I was told we could only play after 1 pm on weekends. The group golfer offer had no mention of this. I understand the policy to give members preference, but they should have it on the offer. In addition we had to pay an extra $20 a person because the passes expired a week prior, even though they sold addition passes a few weeks prior for the same price. It was worth it. The course is very fun to play. The par 3s are especially fun. The greens are some of the best in the area. Soft e…

Great course, great professional staff, hard working superintendent and staff keep the course in very good shape. Friendly members, no tee times. Restaurant just re-opening after pandemic shut it down last year so there is a snack shack at the turn.

My husband and I had our wedding at the club house on August 26th 2017 and were very disappointed at the outcome. When we first met with Dave the owner of the club House he has informed us that the golf course would be closed the week for arrogation that's the reason we choose to get married on that day. As we arrive to start getting ready the parking lot was full and I asked him I thought no one would be here and he says they will be gone by 4 so as I'm trying to get ready their are people in and out it really was not my ideal way to start this whole thing out. So we continue with the ceremon…

We played here in the mid-60's with my Uncle Ray, a member; and in one visit, we spent a day there with Gary Player, PGA, who played 9 as an exhibition for the small gathering of the members ....wonderful memories of CAZ CC !
