Bloomington Country Club

I came here for a graduation event. The place was absolutely gorgeous and had a great modern feel. The golf course outside was so incredibly pretty. The place seemed really well maintained. The person throwing the event said they didn’t even have to do anything, all she got was balloons and they took care of the rest. The food was fantastic! Seems like a very classy place!

You load the kids up. Pack the sunscreen, towels and extra things you need before piling into the car for an afternoon of sun, swimming and snacks. Mother nature had other plans. Lightning, clouds and wind storms. All as we unload and they are closing everything down. We decide to head in to the clubhouse for food, yet everything is closing down. Double whammy! This place is always magical. It is really busy in the summertime (especially now after everyone was kept up from COVID). We love coming here on Sunday’s for their discounted chicken wings ($0.75), which are always really good! The pool is always fun and the diving board is a blast. We’ve also gone to the restaurant for dinner a few times and have not been disappointed.

Bloomington Country Club is great! The course is beautiful! The pro shop is definitely lacking. It looks like a pro shop of an old municipal course that hasn’t been updated since the 1980’s. The staff is great.

Place is a health hazard. Hot tub doesnt even work. This place has algae on the pool tile.

We came down to St. George to relax and get warm. The Villas by the clubhouse provided an excellent retreat. We didn't golf but other activities awaited us. A gin & tonic while we watched golfers finish up in the fabulous dry air was refreshing. The surrounding panorama of red rock is a visual pampering.

Nephew got married there and it's a beautiful spot. The ceremony was outside so the bride and groom had a gorgeous backdrop of the golf course and its ponds with geese walking around and fountains. The staff was very accommodating to help set all the chairs and tables up by the times requested. The inside upstairs is pretty and the food was amazing. Only docking them 1 star because the "kids" zone room downstairs wasnt exactly clean but it was fun with an xbox and air hockey just felt like it could have used a vacuuming and a trash take out before the event. At around 8:00 pm, I was on the golf course with my 15 year old son, we were chipping and I was showing my son how to hit a golf ball, l did this because there is no driving range at this course anymore. I know the sign says private property and no swimming or fishing in the ponds, no walking your dogs etc, which I have seen people do every day since I’ve been here for the last 5 days. I admit, I was in the wrong and should have checked into the pro shop.
