In summary

Atlantis Country Club is appreciated for its well-maintained facilities, challenging layout, and friendly staff, with many enjoying the course's condition and amenities such as the clubhouse restaurant. However, several visitors have experienced slow pace of play and noted issues with staff courtesy and organization, which have impacted their overall experience. Despite these concerns, the course remains a popular choice for its reasonable pricing and enjoyable golfing atmosphere.

In a word. Disappointed. The pictures on line do not tell the full story. Cart paths were pot holed and falling apart & fairways were unkept (apart from a couple) Greens were also in a poor state. They were still pretty quick but tuffs of different grass all over them. I should have guessed it wasn't going to be much good when the bunker rake was attached to the back of the golf cart!! Plus it was terribly slow too. It was the one place the staff were not as friendly as all the others we played in florida over the winter. The chap who gave our clubs a quick wipe over after the round was over l…

Like the course and layout. Condition was good. Staff is wonderful. However, the pace of play is horrific. They alternate between 7&8 minutes per tee time and it’s simply too close together. From the first hole you’re waiting on every swing for the group in front of you with 2 & 3 groups on every single hole. Won’t be playing here again anytime soon.

Wow, could you possibly be more unwelcoming to visitors to the club? It was our first and last visit. Although the course was nice it didn’t make up for the nasty, rude staff. Why can’t we drive to the range? I see other carts. Answer… I don’t need to give you a reason! Do we check in here? Ignored us and walked away. Course marshal so busy talking with his buddies we didn’t see him on the course once. Reception at the end, the attendant walked off without uttering a word. We assumed he would return after his important business, waited about 10 min then carried our own bags out. Not impressed…

Good course SOOOOO long of waiting in the afternoon. Nine holes took 3 1/2 hours starting at 1:45. Ridiculous. One star off because the range doesn’t let you use a driver. Yet the first while is a par 5? Bro

The Course layout is fun & reasonable length for a mid-to high handicapper. The course condition in March/April 2026 was not as good as past years. The tee boxes are beat up and there is a lot of crabgrass throughout the entire course, The Greens in the past have been excellent for a public course, this year the greens were just OK, there are many bare & brown spots. In my opinion this OK golf for the price, course conditions are below Atlantis normal standard.

I have been playing at Atlantis Golf Club occasionally for over 40 years and have enjoyed every round until today, when I quit after playing 3 holes. It was perfect golf weather, and as expected, the course was packed. I expected slow play, but nothing like today. We were ready to tee off at 1:07, and noticed that a walking twosome of young boys was inserted in front of us. I asked an Atlantis employee (not sure if he was the ranger/starter) where did these two players come from because I did not see any twosomes on the Tee times ahead of us. I was told that they were put in because they were…

The course itself is nice, but the experience was completely ruined by the staff — especially Joe. We had to wait on hole 12 for over 30 minutes because the cart of the couple in front of us died, and the staff seemed in no rush to fix the issue or manage the backups. Then, after finally finishing the round, Joe rushed us out of our golf cart the second we arrived back, not even giving us a chance to check for our personal belongings. No courtesy, no patience, nothing. It’s a shame, because the course is beautiful, but the way it’s run makes it hard to enjoy. Poor organization, overbooked te…

Tried out this course for the first time after reading some great reviews. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. There was plenty of parking and they have someone who takes your club from the bag drop and sets you up on a cart. The check in process at the pro shop was easy. The course was in really good shape and we finished 18 in a tidy 4 hours. I found the course to be challenging enough but not overly difficult. Price seemed reasonable to me and all in all I have no complaints. I will for sure come back one day for another round.

It's an outdated club with overall good course conditions. There are some doglegs to make the course a little more interesting; otherwise, the course is relatively easy to play. There are some undulations on the greens but the greens very slow. It's not a long course and I played from the back tee.

An open track with not too much trouble. You should score well here. Great food at the club house restaurant. They always have plenty of beer specials. You can find the 2 for 1 coupon in the coupon book. Driving eange and putting green available to get plenty of practice in.
