In summary

Cypress Creek Country Club is often praised for its friendly staff and unique layout featuring five par 5s and five par 3s, making it a fun course for average players. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's poor condition, particularly the greens and fairways, and note that it may not offer good value for the price. Some also mention issues with event organization and inconsistency in pricing.

Im not sure if the staff has changed since the prior reviews but I find the staff very friendly. My friend showed up 15 minutes past the tee time on a busy Sunday morning and the starter was very accommodating. The lady's at the restaurant are friendly and attentive. The course is great for the price with some long par 5s but open enough fairways for the below average golfer. Greens could use a little work but overall id recommend this course.

Worst Golf course i have played in a long time. I have place city courses for 10 dollars that are in better shape than this course was. You were lucky if you were putting on grass at any hole. There were no bright spots in this course with decent grass. They need to shut down for a while and completely revamp the course to even obtain a respectable level. The only part about this course that was good was the food at the turn, i would recommend that and that only.

I had to put this up, because while the staff there was awesome, and it was also very cheap to play, that was with a good reason. The course itself is in the worst shape of any course I have ever played. Some of the fairways, and even some of the greens, are in terrifically bad shape. I heard a rumor that the course was sold and someone was going to be tearing it up to build condos - which would explain why it clearly is NOT being maintained at all.

3/8/16 I have played golf in 6 different countries and about 15 states but I have never played on a worse golf course. I would not recommend this course to anyone. It has the potential to be very good however all the tee boxes were bare of grass, the fairways were like cow pastures and the greens were beyond imagination. I was totally embarrassed to have brought guests to such a terrible golf course.

Friendly staff. Greens only part of course in good condition. Definitely not worth $60 green fee, should be like $30. Tees and fairways had many bare areas.

I have played this course many times in the past. I hadn't been back in about a year.... and I wont be back again. The ENTIRE course was in horrible condition. The greens were not even "GREEN". They were weeds and sand. The fairways were even worse. Group in front of us was ridiculously slow and the ranger came out one time at beginning of round to try to speed them up and never again. Snack bar never opened until we were almost done with the round and no beverage cart ever came. They should have paid US to play there.

Cyprus Creek is a great place to play. What’s wrong with you complainers out there? It’s not like your good enough to be a Private Country Club Course anyway. Relax and have fun. I’ve played so many courses in FL and this one is perfect for us average players.

Today was the world's largest golf outting at cypress creek. They put on the worst event I have ever played in. The price was 25 higher than most other places that held the same event. I have played this event for several years at different courses and they were Mic bbqn more prepared. The other courses had some sore of breakfast for the golfers. They had very nice prizes and different contests and ways to generate money for the cause. The other places would have drinks on the course and at the finish. Cypress creek had nothing. The food at the end sucked. Plain and simple. Cypress creek needs…

we were quoted 1 price but chgd another as we did not have their coupon. this has happened before and I advised the attendant we would not be returning as this happened several years ago. the course is in terrible shape and the fairways have no grass as they are in the process of selling the property. my advice is go putt on Walmart parking lot for a smoother roll

Nice enough course but the ranger told my group to keep pace after two shots on the first hole, are you kidding me!!! Otherwise the staff were friendly and rates reasonable.

played feb 7 2012......was down visiting a friend in boynton beach and he recommended Cypress Creek for us to play...found a special on golf now for $49....and for that price point this course is definitely a must play.....greens were a good speed..not lightning fast but very good speed..and they were in good shape and had a good roll.....the course itself was very fun.....a nice variety of holes..with some doglegs..some short par 4's....some risk reward par 5's.......in summary highly reccomend you play this course....you wont be disappointed

the course has been pretty low on the list for a number of years, but there is definite improvement this year, especially in the greens..hopefully it will continue to get better
