I’m giving the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa 2 out of 5 stars, and unfortunately, it comes down to one issue that overshadowed an otherwise great stay. I woke up with two stink bugs crawling on me. In hundreds of hotel stays over the years, I’ve never encountered a single bug in a room, let alone waking up with two on my body. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the response was surprisingly more casual than I had expected, as if this were not uncommon for the season. I was told that at this time of year, stink bugs from the nearby woods can make their way inside. I just did not expect to s…

Tried out the Spa for a Signature Facial. Thinking it needs to be a monthly visit! We will definitely go back. Loved the waiting area with large windows that offered amazing views. Service was prompt and attentive. Rooms and changing areas, sauna, all clean and quiet. Truly a top notch visit and we felt right at home. Sorry no pictures...!

Our stay here was very pleasant. The spa is best in class - great service and atmosphere. The hotel was also great. Our room’s heating console was making an unusually loud noise and we called the front desk and had maintenance at our room within 10 minutes. When they determined it would take too long to repair the unit, we were promptly switched to a new room. I appreciate the staff and their ability to accommodate our needs. Super responsive and great service. The secluded location of the hotel makes it feel like a true getaway. Would return to stay again!

We checked in on December 23rd and checked out on December 26th. At no point were we informed that everything on the property would be closed on Christmas Day, which ended up being extremely disappointing. We booked the penthouse suite and were honestly shocked by the condition of the room. Everything felt very outdated, old, and dingy. When we opened the pull out couch for our kids, there was a large urine stain on the mattress. The closet doors were falling apart, there was a large bug stuck on the window for two days, and there was visible mold in the showers. This hotel may have been nice…

Came for a romantic weekend getaway. Spa was booked up for anything couples related and no one called me from the Spa to leverage my supposably $150 credit. When I called and requested a couples massage or anything that a couple can do no suggestions were offered and just said we are booked up. You would think that if you have a romantic getaway package that you would leave some reservations for people that book this package. The bathrooms was dirty and the door handle was broken. The view as described as "Overlooking the winter scenery" was a gorgeous view of the parking lot. The welcome frui…

This is a nice hotel, beautiful grounds. The rooms are spacious and clean, but for a hotel that says it is also a spa where you can come to relax, the check in process will all but ruin that statement. The rooms are never ready at check in. They have the latest check in time of any hotel I have ever stayed at - 4PM and yet the 4 times I have come this hotel, our room has never been ready. Our latest experience (for Valentines day) we waited about an hour for our room to be ready and then the extras we paid for weren't even in our room when we got into it. It was a check in disaster. I've email…

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The room was nice and cozy with a great view. The restaurant was the star of the show, with Deb making it even better. Our food was absolutely incredible, with the server taking the time to help me with gluten free options and safety. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay!

They have just remodeled the SPA and that looks wonderful, I took a tour but not had any services. I was there for there Root to Rise Wellness event and that was the best laid out event I have ever attended. Very organized, the instructors were top notch! Sheila was very accessible and helpful. Susan and Jessica were amazing. Wine tasting was phenomenal- I met new friends and had such an enjoyable time! I look forward to visiting the spa an attending more events in the future. The restaurant has great food also.

Our stay at the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property is beautiful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our getaway feel peaceful and refreshing. But what really set this experience apart was the amazing service. A special shout-out to Elise, the restaurant manager, who went far above and beyond for us. The breakfast buffet was completely full, and we honestly thought we were out of luck. But Elise graciously found a way to squeeze us in, and she did it with such warmth and professionalism that it made our mornin…

we booked for one day, room 342 had a BUG in the room, the staff was very nice and allowed us to change the room to 334, we changed rooms but it was more of a mess. toilet missing pieces, cabinets scratched up, door stopper had a hole, walls had holes in it, outlets wasn’t working, and my s’mores kit marshmallow was hard this place is way too expensive to be looking the way it does but the staff is great and the SPA is wonderful! definitely worth the price but as far as the rooms, its not the best. Suntia B cleaned room 334 and did a terrible job but kitty at the front desk did wonderful!
