In summary

Viera East Golf Club is often praised for its well-maintained course, friendly staff, and excellent amenities, including a quality practice area and restaurant. Many visitors appreciate the challenging layout and the overall condition of the greens and fairways. However, some golfers have reported issues with slow pace of play and inconsistent course conditions, particularly concerning the greens, which have been noted to have weed problems at times.

Viera East Golf Course is a fantastic place to play! The course is well-maintained, with fast greens and long, challenging fairways that make for a great round. The pricing is very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of golf you get. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—even waiving my club rental fee because they were running a little behind, which was a nice touch. The driving range and practice green are also top-notch, perfect for warming up before a round. After playing, the restaurant was the perfect spot to relax with some great bar food and a drink…

The course was in very poor condition today. The greens are terrible. Lots of small weeds around the hole. We played there a few weeks ago and the greens were in much better condition at that time. The pace of play for us was about 4:45. We waited on almost every tee box. The tee boxes and areas around the greens are very patchy. If you play, definitely play with preferred lies and consider giving automatic 2 putts. They should be ashamed charging close to $100 considering the condition. We'll only consider playing here again when the rates are reduced. Very disappointing considering its pea…

Attempted to play Vera East on Saturday ,AM, $99 and we had only finished nine holes after 3+ hours…. horribly slow play, course is in fair to pour condition, they are raking any tons of money in the peak season and have little to no concern for course condition. On the ninth fairway, a Ranger finally showed up and said that play should be picking up as there was three holes open a few groups ahead of us!!… well whose fault was that?? The Ranger was hopeless at trying to keep the players moving, we gave up after nine holes. My recommendation is to space out the tee times more, we are paying go…

Course was in good shape for it being so dry lately in Florida! Everyone from the clubhouse to the drinks/food afterwards was great! check in was easy, pace of play went fairly well. Pricing seemed cheap for how well maintained the course was. Definitely recommend getting a burger afterwards, they were great!

First time playing this course and would highly recommend to anyone. Course conditions were fenominale, enjoyed the layout, friendly staff and the greens were some of the fastest I've ever played. I will definitely return next time in the area

golf course was fine. Golf club rental was poor. When I complained after my round that the set only had 11 clubs they stated that they don’t have any complete sets!

Played 3/18/26-- full high season rates for unplayable greens due to treatment of poa annua infestation of greens. Would not recommend at current pricing until greens grow back in! Normally a well maintained and fair value course that I would recommend but can not at this time

Booked a tee time through golf now the weather was bad so we rescheduled through the pro shop for the following day same time no problem. We get there and the guy tells we have to pay again since we didn’t cancel through golf now and that the guy who changed our tee time should have known that. Look.. we paid we rescheduled due to bad weather. Had to call golf now get a refund then pay again. When I called the guy said everything was great conditions etc. we get there the driving range is closed and every tee box was shredded and layered with black mulch. Paid 70 dollars a person. Had lunch th…

Played 5/14/2026. Getting better but tee boxes need work. Greens were a little slow. Much better than last time I played it.

The course itself is a 3.5/5. Maintained ok for the weather. The pace of play is horrendous. Currently sitting between hole 5 & 6 with 2 groups on the hole 6 and 4 groups behind at hole 5. At least plant some trees for shade by the tee boxes. Iv resorted to only using my 8 iron so I can atleast spend the day playing golf instead of waiting and watching.

Paying highest prices of the year and the greens are terrible. Weeds on the greens. Tees are terrible. Should be ashamed to charge big money for below average conditions.
