In summary

Manatee Cove Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, enjoyable layout, and scenic views, providing a pleasant golfing experience. The staff is generally seen as friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some visitors have noted issues with inconsistent pricing, slow pace of play, and occasional customer service challenges, particularly concerning base access and fee transparency.

I’ve played Manatee Cove twice recently and really enjoyed the experience out on the greens. The layout is excellent and the conditions are top-notch, it's a great asset for the community. I did want to share a constructive note regarding the front desk experience, as I’ve noticed some inconsistencies during my last two visits with different staff members. There seems to be some confusion between the rates quoted over the phone ($55 for military retireee) and the rates charged at check-in ($65). I also found it helpful to be very attentive during cash transactions to ensure everything was pro…

Had a really relaxing time at Manatee Cove Golf Course. The course was in great shape, the greens rolled nicely, and the layout made for a fun round whether you’re playing competitively or just enjoying the day. The atmosphere was laid back, scenic, and very Florida with beautiful water views and wildlife around the course. Staff was friendly and the overall experience felt welcoming from start to finish. Definitely a nice local spot to spend a few hours outdoors on the Space Coast. — Gigi & Fidel- Brevard Home Repairs & Renovations

Great course! Greens were in fantastic shape! Fairways and tee boxes were good, considering the season! I enjoyed the layout....fun round!

A great, fun course that is in decent shape for the winter. The local pro, Doug is a very good teacher and lessons are surprisingly affordable

Well kept golf course. Nitpicking with 4 stars but it's more expensive than I thought it would be for an on base mostly retired area course, but still enjoyable!

Went there yesterday fairways were horrible greens were hard. The place needs lots of work. Not worth the $62 I paid.

The condition has suffered since a multi million dollar renovation a few years ago. Making some improvements to tee boxes and bulkheads. Greens are plush but slow. Fairways are just horrible. Not sure how they let them get away from them. Expensive for the area. They need to be conscious of that. They do take care of active duty with free greens fees and half price cart Memorial Day to Labor Day.

I made a tee time in person a day before the next day of play. When I got there to play the same lady that made my tee time said I didn’t have a tee time. Then about 5 minutes later the starter said a tee time for a single was available. So I go out as a single, but ironically there was a foursome in front of me and a threesome in back of me. Why? Crazy - I was waiting for greens to clear all day for 5.5 hours. It was impossible to play through…..

Loved the course, played 6 rounds and the course played different each time. Alot of water hazards, that made it challenging, plus the wind.. Great greens, fairways and tee boxes, well manicured. The club house workers were very nice and helpful.

I went to the PAFB site to complete the security application to be able to play golf at Manatee Cove golf course. As instructed I completed the form & mailed it in. I was told to wait a week & call to set an appointment for a photo ID to be able to get into the base & play golf at Manatee Cove. The military guard at the A1A gate gave me time & date for 3 weeks later to get my ID pass. I arrived at the security gate & entered the building. The person immediately told me that he could not issue me a pass with a Florida ID and would not give me any explanation or tell me anything else. He blew me…

I’d give this place a zero stars if I could. Not only is the course in rough shape with all sand tee boxes. With little patches of grass all in it. The customer service is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. I never write reviews but this one is muchhhhh needed. First off we called to ask questions about the course and the girl on the phone was straight out rude and ignorant to me. Then we get to the course after we paid for 2 carts and a two some and I had a ride along with me. We take the two carts we PAID for and the cart marshal came up to us on the first tee box and was talking about a…
