I had the privilege of working at Turtle Creek during the summers of 2014-2015. I visited and played there for the first time in 3 years today and what a night and day difference from when I was there to today. First I want to say I booked tee times online from the Turtle Creek website and was quoted with email confirmation 32$ for 18 holes and a cart. Upon arriving after a 40 minute drive to get there I was told by the pro shop that it’s a holiday and we are NOT HONORING your online booking price it’s now 52$ per person and if you don’t like it you can find somewhere else to golf. The golf p…

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Decided to get a quick lunch in the club house. Food was good, but while we were waiting one of the workers/ possibly managers was yelling at the poor cook about the amount of hot dogs on the roller. Keep in mind the cook was very polite and the only one back there. After she was yelling at her in front of customers she said nothing to us. After we got our food we decided to continue playing. As we were waiting for the group in front of us, two ladies come up on the beverage cart. One of the ladies was the one yelling at the cook. The same lady proceeds to tell us…

One of the employees ( possibly a manager) acted very unprofessionally and degrading towards me and my group. The course is nice but the experience was ruined by one person. But Beachwood will be getting all of my business from now on in darke county.

absolutely rude/unprofessional staff member. assuming she could be an owner/manager, yelled at the kitchen staff for doing what they were told in front of our group & then came around & told us we needed to hurry up because the course was getting backed up. even proceeded to say we need to hurry even after explaining that we can only go as fast as the groups in front of us. will not be back!!! 0 stars

Turtle Creek used to be a solid local course, but the new ownership has absolutely tanked the place. The restaurant is a mess half the time it closes early or doesn’t even open, and when it is open the wait times are ridiculous. The food is mediocre at best, nothing like it used to be. The course itself still has potential, and maintenance isn’t the main problem here. But the bunkers are a joke barely any sand, rock hard, never raked and it’s clear ownership has stopped investing in the basics. It’s frustrating watching a once-great Greenville spot fall this far. Management needs to wake up,…

Tee boxes and bunkers definitely need improvement. I love the course layout but some trees need trimmed up just not the same as it's been in years past. Great course and customer service but the course needs some attention in the maintenance area.

I chose 5 stars because of the quality/value ratio. The greens were nearly perfect, the fairways very well maintained. The bunkers were too wet to be playable, but that's really the only knock. The layout is balanced. Only $48 on a Saturday morning. Will definitely return.

Really enjoyed the course until a staff member rode up and watched me for a few min as I was teeing off on hole 8 then proceeded to stop us and told us we were taking too long and they had an outing and we had to have the Cart in by 1pm. But was very rude about it and assuming I'm just here as arm candy or something was the wrong assumption. Granted there were four of us and I'm fairly new to the game, but I've been practicing alot and am improving for comparison the following hole where I didn't feel like someone was creepily watching me I got a 5. But we're for sure moving a little slow. And…

Nicely laid out course. Love the detachable coolers on the golf carts. More courses should invest in these. The convenience of taking cooler to the bar to buy water, beer, or whatever your preference is. After putting them in the cooler, they top it off with ice. Some of life's simplest pleasures. Lol

Shannon and his staff have done an amazing job getting this course in pristine condition from tee to green. Very playable yet challenging from all the tee boxes. Friendly staff and good service make this an enjoyable place to bring your game.

One of the nicest courses we've played this year. The fact that the weather was as near perfect as it could get probably had something to do with how great the golf was but I'd give the course top marks. We also had lunch there. The food was very good but it took forever to get it on the table.
