In summary

The Madison Club in Pennsylvania is often praised for its well-maintained course, challenging layout, and scenic views, making it a favorite for many golfers. The course offers a variety of tees to accommodate different skill levels and features amenities like a snack shack and a full-service bar. However, some visitors have noted issues with slow pace of play, inconsistent tee box conditions, and occasional customer service concerns, which could impact the overall experience.

Course was in decent shape except some of the tee boxes were absolutely beat up. $30 a person to ride 9 on a weekday seems high. The guy working in the pro shop was a jerk. We played 9 holes behind the leagues in 90 minutes and wanted to play 9 more beginning at 7:10 but this guy said no because he wanted to get out of there. Holes 10-14 were completely clear. Talked to the guy at cart returns and said the last carts wouldn’t be in until 8:15 so that contradicted the long-haired grouch in the clubhouse. We could have played 9 more in an hour (just 2 of us) but instead we won’t be back. If you…

The layout of holes at Madison is what makes this a good course. It gives you a sense of a “big course” but playable if played from the correct tees for your ability . Though the blue tees on the score card are almost 400 yard longer than white, on this day the blue tees on many holes were less than 5 yards from the whites. Unfortunately, unless you played from the tips (black tees) all the tee boxes were very chewed up. The greens rolled ok, but slow due likely to rain the night before. Couple of suggestions. Replace the ball/club cleaners on the carts. The ones we had and I saw all had th…

First time playing here today. The course was in great shape, even after some recent heavy storms in the days before today. Excellent tee boxes, pristine fairways, and beautiful (surprisingly fast) greens. It’s a challenging, but fun course. If you’re a long hitter like me, you’re going to have to think twice about pulling the big stick out on some holes or else you’ll hit through the fairway. I like when courses make you think about club selection off the tee. Overall, TMC is a great track and we’ll be back again. Great value for $42 on a weekday. Well worth the drive from the South Hills are…

First time there, it was a great time. Had a twosome. We got out early, and the pace was good. The views were nice with the leave changing colors.

Thought the course was in great condition. Fairways excellent, greens really nice, and rough thick and lush. They had quite a few hole that would compair with some of the best ive played anywhere. There are a few holes that i didn't like due to weird dog legs and seemed to be shoved in to fit the terrain which i get. I played for first time and only thing i would say on those holes would be to have a yardage to the middle of the turn. I used my gps on phone and i still hit it through fairways. So maybe it wasn't quite accurate. I would for sure play again

The Madison Club located in Madison, Pennsylvania, just three miles off the Madison/Yukon exit of I-70. It is one of the better maintained courses in western Pennsylvania. The course features a challenging layout with five sets of tees on every hole. This provides players of varying ability the opportunity to enjoy a nine or eighteen hole round. While they offer a 'snack shack' at the turn, the clubhouse features a 'ninteenth hole' with a full service bar and dining facility. Green fees are moderately priced. Tee times are recommended.

$75… decent course, in consistent greens, no water in club/ball cleaners… on any cart. Come on?? This doesn’t cost much… laziness. Would be unhappy if I was a paying member here.

I've played here a couple of times and I like the course. It was early spring so the course wasn't in its best shape yet, but that's expected. The rate of play was a little slow, but not too bad for early in the season.

came once before and had a really good experience — solid conditions, interesting layout, good length, and cheap. no pace issues. came again in the summer on a monday — everything had changed. 52$ for an 11am , which is fine, except on the first tee we got told by the starter to keep pace . and then we proceeded to wait on every shot for the rest the round. pretty sure the starter sent out a solo in between us and the 4some in front of us, so we waited on him the whole time while he waited on the 4some. got hit in to because the old group of guys behind us was the ones pushing the starter to…

This course is a hidden gem in Madison, Pa While the pricing is a tad expensive at $65 for a Sunday round with a cart, it is well worth it. The course is in immaculate condition with smooth greens. The food is also some of the best, if not, the best I've had on the golf course.
