This is quickly becoming our favorite wedding venue to photograph in Durango. The views are spectacular, the venue is top-notch, and the food is absolutely incredible.

Gorgeous and so easy to work with!! As a wedding planner, the Glacier Club is a dream wedding location. Not only is the location absolutely stunning, the team is amazing. I was able to just work a wedding at their newest restaurant, The Prospector, and everything was stunning, the team was on time, the food was great, and the service was first class. I love the new open kitchen -allowing guests to see their food be made fresh. The location was very easy to get to and arrange all details with the other vendors. They were very easy to work with and I look forward to doing so again as soon as pos…

So there are beautiful wedding venues all over Durango, Silverton, Telluride, Ouray...but there is something extra special about this place. It was nothing short of miraculous and some of the most pristine scenery we've ever photographed!! The staff was INCREDIBLE!! The food, chefs, INSANELY GORMET!!! Top top notch on all fronts! Shutterfreek 100% hearts Glacier Club!

First time visiting. I only played Pickleball and had brunch. The courts are excellent as are the club members. Brunch was very tasty. Good portions at a reasonable price. Service was A+.

We've had the honor of photographing many weddings at the Glacier Club and we at Allison Ragsdale Photography are always so impressed with the views and the staff. The newer Valley Clubhouse is incredible and Carmen, the wedding coordinator there, is beyond incredible as well. Highly recommend!!

Our wedding was wonderfully prepared by Constanze and the Glacier Club family for nearly 2 years due to the pandemic. My wife and I are living overseas so communication would have been difficult but Constanze was able surpass these issues and work closely with us. --Wedding Day-- Initially, we were only supposed to have the reception down at the venue but due to unfortunate circumstances because of rain up at Purgatory 'Dante's", we were left stranded until Constanze saved the day for us and went above and beyond despite not having to. 1 hour before the ceremony occurred, Wife and I heard th…

The place we stayed was awesome!!! The golf course on the other hand did not allow me to play a round of golf due to a tournament that was supposedly playing with only 24 people in the tournament and was on the back 9 holes by 2 o’clock and still would not allow anyone on the valley course. Even though the place I stayed was supposedly able to use the valley course. I would recommend to the valley club that if people are going to pay that kind of money you should allow them on the course. If your course is not booked completely which it was not..

Golf course is beautiful but very busy can't play without being stalled or pushed or both Food is horrible Consistently terrible and they don't really seem to care Too bad as this club should be super exclusive , but it's not Needs a lot of improvement! Really too bad

Beautiful setting but extremely poor design for mountain course,.especially their newest nine holes. Noticed architects were not listed on scorecard - good move; avoid accountability for this disaster. In their defense, it is difficult terrain to build anything reasonable. Need to bring in an architect, $6M, and 6M cubic yards of dirt. Start with the ridiculous greens first, then deal with the fairways that roll backwards.

Stopped in for a late lunch after a big day at Purgatory....good service and excellent food. Didn't notice the fine print concerning the 'automatic 20% service charge' until I got home; I always feel like that's a shady thing to do, especially to us locals....buyer beware!!
