I recently played a 9 hole scramble (First timer here) and I will forever remember this trip to Durango. I had a blast playing and learning a new game. I am hooked! I can't wait to come back and play here again. The nature all around including the deer, ground squirrels and birds. What a cool course to be think back, later in life, as the first place I played Golf.

Nice course. Well maintained by friendly, courteous, and conscientious employees. The people working in the pro shop had their routine down and knew consistently what the course's story is. I've never seen so many walkers. They were the majority of golfers. The deer were plentiful and wandered the course with no fear. Teamed up after 9 holes with a couple of older residents who were willing to describe and inform about the area. I was impressed with the course and signed up for a 5 time 18 hole punch card for $210. Recommend you give Hillcrest Golf Club a visit.

This course is well maintained and just challenging enough!! Especially the greens are fast but true! The staff is both friendly and professional. We are always treated well especially by Carter, Devin, and Jackson! We hope to be back next summer!

Our group of 8 had a very disappointing experience at HillTop Golf Club. Staff gave us conflicting instructions the entire time — telling us to stick together, then telling us to split up, then pressuring us to speed up regardless. To make things worse, we were stuck behind a slower group, yet we were the ones constantly singled out and blamed for pace issues. One older staff member, in particular, repeatedly came around and spoke to us in a rude, condescending manner, making the whole round stressful and unpleasant. By the end, we felt more like a nuisance than paying guests. We won’t be re…

HillTop Golf Club was a complete letdown. Our group of 8 was given mixed instructions from the start — first we were told to stay together, then told to split up, then rushed no matter what we did. Meanwhile, the group ahead of us was clearly slowing everyone down, yet we were the ones constantly being blamed. An older staff member repeatedly came out just to harass us about our pace, speaking to us rudely and making the entire round feel rushed and hostile. By the end, it was clear they just wanted us off the course. We won’t be coming back, and we definitely don’t recommend this place to a…

Friendly staff and generally welcome atmosphere. Most folx leave their pretentiousness at the door, while also respecting the flow/pace of the game.

A couple of gorgeous holes with an all around well kept course and well run facility. Good, not great, value for a single round; better for regulars/members.

Great course! Super fast greens that roll true. Definitely pays to leave uphill putts when possible.

This place is very rude. They schedule their Tee times way to close together then they harp at you constantly on you to move along. We are not bad golfers and have never had this happen to us before, and we have played at many many golf courses. I would not recommend this place and will never go back. It has nothing but seniors that probably play there daily and will not wait for you, but again they stack you to tight on your tee times. If you are visiting do not waste your time playing here. The only thing decent was the girl that runs the little restaurant there was precious.
