I was pleasantly surprised by this course. Only 9 holes and not very long but I really enjoyed my round. Dog legs and contour changes offer up good challenges. The short par 3's are made difficult with contour change and bunkers. Seems to me the bunkers are small and fairly deep - fortunately I did not get into any of them. No significant water to challenge one except perhaps the par 3 second. Hole 5 is quite challenging. It's only 354 yards, but there is a roughly 140 yards gully in front of the green guarded by a severe upslope. It takes a good tee shot of over 200 yards just to get to the…

HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A GOLF COURSE. We started out getting in our cart and paying the 96 dollars to play, then we asked for some styrofoam cups for our 2 liter of soda. The manager asked if it’s for alcohol and I said no. Which was the truth, we had a bottle of 7 up to drink as we play. Then they actually searched our golf cart before we left and accused us of lying even though we had a 2 liter of soda but also had a pack of high noons in the cart. He made us put our pack of high noons back in the car, and was yelling at us to take them out or leav…

This is an old school, well manicured course. Constructed in 1923 by Sandy Alves, a Donald Ross apprentice. Target golf, and have to think about shots, instead of spraying ball everywhere. Greens, fairways, tee boxes in GREAT Condition. What great rates and value. Nine holes… use to be a private country club.

Tough track! Great starter/ranger!! Told us about the course before we went off. Barely a flat lie anywhere!! Must play positional golf. Not all grip and rip. Very scenic.

The course was in great shape tonight. Greens were rolling true and pace of play was just under 2 hours. Great job.

Very challenging course tucked away off the main route. A true hidden gem.

The course is hilly and a little challenging. I just wish it was in a little better shape. The cart paths are well below standards due to old tree roots, pushing them all up. The greens are in good shape, but you want to stay out of the rough In 2024 they added better cart pads to the back so the places are much better condition than it was

Will never golf here again. They were having some outing for Kent state alum there today at 2pm. our tee time for 4 of was 10:30. by our 3rd hole they were driving around rushing us saying we had to hurry up our round. crazy thing is he said he was telling everyone but he didn't tell the group in front of us or the group behinds us. Oh maybe its because our group had 2 African Americans in it. Are we the greatest golfers in the world.. no not at all but we were keeping up with the group in front of us. You need to Plan better and also quit the Racial Stereotyping.

This is a great 9 hole course. It is always in fantastic shape. The greens are very smooth and fast. You definitely have to stay beneath the pin on a lot of holes because you won't get the ball to stop. Good luck on #5!!!! Really a fun course.

Great staff at TL! The course has a great layout with some tricky holes and very nice greens, some that are severely sloped so stay below the hole! New cement cart paths are being constructed which is good and much needed. On the down side, many tee boxes are narrow and way too crowned and many have a large bare spot right in the middle forcing you to tee off from either the right or left side where there is not much room. There is no system in place to let you know the pin placement which should be easy to fix but for some reason they haven’t. The scorecard shows no slope or course rating fro…
