In summary

Roses Run Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, challenging layout, and accommodating staff, with many visitors enjoying the overall golfing experience and amenities like the restaurant and bar. The venue is also noted for hosting events such as weddings and golf outings with high satisfaction. However, some visitors express dissatisfaction with the pricing, particularly for 9-hole rounds, and the thickness of the rough, which can make finding balls difficult.

Set up a 75 man outing at Roses Run for May 31st. The owner Matt and his entire staff were more than accommodating with planning and execution. Course was in excellent shape and offered a challenge that was enjoyed by all. Definitely purchase a course booklet if it is your first time playing. Cart girls, bartenders, and staff were some of the best we ever had and food was also great! Overall the experience added to our whole trip and we will be sure to be back next year. 10/10!

I’m not much of a golfer, so I went for the restaurant bar for lunch. The environment is soothing and staff were delightful. The server/bartender gave me some suggestions for what’s best on the menu and I decided to give Rosen Run’s Club Sandwich a try. Surprisingly, the sandwich and fries were flavoured perfectly to the point where no additional sauce or dressing was needed. The size of the meal itself could possibly be enjoyed for two people per meal. The restaurant is not only famous for its sandwiches but also drinks, wraps, and snack bar. Carry outs are also an option in case customers ar…

We played here yesterday 4/8/21. It was our first time at this course. The staff was pleasant and covid compliant. The clubhouse was clean and comfortable for lunch. Now to the course itself, great layout and the grounds were in excellent shape. It was a windy day, but still scored well. We were getting quite a bit of roll on the fairways.

Just had my wedding at Roses Run and the event was beautiful and well run by Ariel Jones, the event manager. She did an incredible job and was very easy to talk to and was extremely accommodating with different featured we wanted in the wedding. We also were able to get a 20-man golf outing in the day before and the course is amazing. All in all, would highly recommend!

I finally had the opportunity to play at Roses Run Country Club, a course that had been on my playlist since 2023. I scored a great tee time on GolfNow for about $40 on a Sunday. First and foremost, using a golf cart is a must on this course. As a traditional walker for both 9 and 18 holes, I was initially hesitant, but the staff's insistence on using carts, especially on Sundays, made sense once I saw how spread out the course is. I was fortunate to be paired with a local who knew every slope and turn, effectively acting as my tour guide. With his help, I managed to score an 84, which I doub…

Price point for value was outstanding considering the condition of the course, especially impressive during the current drought conditions and what we've run into on other courses. Loved the layout, which provides a lot of diversity. If it's your first time there, I strongly suggest buying a yardage book. Can't wait to play it again.

$36 for 9 holes cart path only with rough so thick that you can’t find your ball is a rip off. I understand the time of year makes course maintenance a challenge, but this is a total rip off. Disappointing

$34 to play 9 holes at roses run. You can play any golf course in the area for almost $15 cheaper. Right now you can play fox den for $38 and play 9 more holes for four more dollars. Fox den is $38 for 18 and roses run which is never in great shape with any tee boxes or sand around the green, is $34 to play 9 holes. It’s ridiculous, am I playing at Firestone or am I playing a public golf course. Thank god they finally got new golf carts but $34 to play 9 holes in March. Awful!

Overall, I'm not a fan. The greens were nice and receptive. The fairways on the other hand I feel were a bit unfair. There is no 1st cut. You have fairway and then you have 4"-6" rough. That's it. If you're not down the middle, you're not finding your ball. You will find 5 other balls from the 5 other guys that couldn't find theirs either. At a $60 price point, I would think they could cut in a 1st rough. It makes for a frustrating day when you're 2 feet off the fairway and lose your ball. I won't be back, and neither will the 3 other guys I golfed with. There are way nicer courses to play.

This place is pretty special! The service at the bar is stellar! The drinks were delicious! The live music of The Gray Beard Band kept the patrons rockin!! Katie, the server was on point! I would recommend the Philly Cheese Steak and add bacon!

Well im a grumpy knda of golfer ...especially early morning tee times. After a 1 hour 35 minute drive to near akron for 8 am tee times i was pleasantly surprised to find a very green golf course , slight dew with a nice cool breeze. Greens were true today...layout was nice ...par 3s challenging at the tips...cart was decent and i enjoyed the 13 holes my time afforded me due to 2 man tourny at zoar golf course. I was saddened i didnt get to finish the course with my group but they said last 5 holes were very challenging with nice scenery. Clubhouse guy very nice tried to give me 9 hole rain che…
