St. Maries Golf Course

This is a hidden jewel of a 9 hole course in N. Idaho. The course was in very good shape for the middle of summer. This course provides a challenging mix of precision golf, course layout, and use of most of your bag. Yes, it's only 9 holes, but the second loop is different if you play different tees. There is a mix of sand, water, and elevation change that make even more challenging. It's not as long as some courses, but it still is challenging for most that play it. Polite and helpful people at the checkin. Restaurant if you like when you have finished a round. Definitely worth checking out…

Becky at the club house is the best. Friendly for beginners and seasoned golfers. Beautiful course with lots of hills and obstacles. They even have a junior league in the summer for the kiddos.

Great course. Has some challenge to it with some undulating fairways. We'll kept - both fairways and greens. Folks running the course are great! Restaurant attached as well.

First off this place has some great views and some tough holes as well that's the good. The challenging course is not maintained as well as some other courses in the area . Not a flat lie in the house which is a challenge in it self along with rough fairways. But keep in mind that this is run by and mom and pop group of great people who work hard keeping the course going as well as they do. I personally play this course 2 to 3 times a year. Cuz it Fun!

This course has caused many of grown men and women to openly cry as they make it to #6 near or at par just to get a snowman or worse. The only reason to cut the corner is to make a beeline for the bar to get a shot of fireball to calm the nerves. Course plays differently the 3 possibly 4 seasons you're brave enough to play it. 9 holes of pretty wide fairways, couple tight par 3s, and the greens keepers work dutifully early every morning of the open season to keep things green and lush. Great small 9 hole course. Well managed and clean. The greens are a bit rough....but doable.
