Southern Hills Golf & Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, enjoyable course layout, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for both casual and seasoned golfers. Many appreciate the improvements over time and the affordability of the facility. Great course to play on if your looking for weekend fun with friends or if your starting and you occasionally play.

Great golf course and very friendly staff. I returned my cart, and I unknowingly left my range finder attached to my cart. As I was about to pull out to leave, a young man who worked there was running to my truck with my range finder in hand and returned it to me. Very thankful for that considering I just bought that range finder. I will definitely be a life long customer here.

Went out to take my son, father-in-law, and nephew for a fun round of golf. This was my nephews (13) first-time golfing and my sons (12) first-time using his new clubs. The morning started off well. We were going slow so we could get some good training in with the kids and letting groups pass us as they caught up to us. About hole 5 or 6, the range officer came by and told us there were 5 groups of scratch golfers behind us and to be polite and let them play through. He kind of gave me the impression that the "scratch" golfers were more important than us, and since we weren't "regulars" or mem…

Great place gonna be real hard to find a place this nice for the price. Even better if you become a member which is also very reasonable compared to many others. I've now been enjoying this place/course for a couple years they got some things to fix still but overall it's nice and getting better over time 👍🏻

Not a great experience at all, do not recommend at all. Rude staff.

I flipped a coin to decide whether or not to leave a review, but ultimately decided to share my experience. In my opinion, people are only as good as their word, and unfortunately, this golf course didn't live up to their promise. I called two days in advance to reserve a tee time and was told that I was all set. Excited to hit the course, I arrived 45 minutes early, only to be told that they were full and couldn't accommodate me. It was clear that they overbook their tee times to ensure that they're always at maximum capacity, regardless of their customers' reservations and plans. It's disa…

This course has made great progress over the last year. Greens roll really good, fairways have some nice grass growing in them and not a bunch of crab grass. The rough areas could use some work and maybe add some sand traps throughout

Really fun golf course. The staff makes you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The course is always in very good condition. Love the layout of the course. Each hole is different ,so you never get tired of playing the course over and over again. I highly recommend playing there. 🏌️‍♂️👍👍

Fun, beautiful layout with good greens. Since fairways are bermuda, they get better and better as the temps warm up through spring. The pro shop staff was very courteous too!

Course keeps improving. Greens in good shape and fairways pretty plush. 4 stars only because course is relatively short, but very enjoyable. New carts that are really nice in 2020.

Course is in good shape. No sand traps but way better than a course that has sand traps and doesn't take care of them(talking to you Golden Eagle). Disappointed that they aren't on golfnow, and that they don't accept their smart card coupon, or offer discounts with tech id, or offer a players card but this is a good challenging course.

Nice enough course and staff, but pace of play is slow. No Course Marshall or Starter so people just let themselves on ahead of me, despite a tee time. I could have done that too but thought it inconsiderate. Wish now that I had. Back nine went much better, once the jam cleared at the turn. Will definitely return, but on a weekday :-)
