Somerset Country Club

Course in great condition. Restaurant not so much. The Pittsburgh salad was listed at a price with a protein. They charged us $6 for the protein. And a $7 service charge. When we questioned the extra for protein we were told that was a mistake. They would not comp us for their error on the menu.

Staff was incredibly arrogant and rude. The course is always a swamp no matter what time of day and none of the tee boxes are marked so you go on a search to find where you’re hitting next. I went a few times last year and everything was the same except they had a nice gentleman working the pro shop but who I dealt with today was extremely rude and I won’t be going back nor do I recommend this course to anyone.

The course conditions are consistently among the best in the area for public courses. Staff is always exceptional!

Nice course in nice condition.

This course is wooded and pretty tight. It is a decent course but ask if they punched their greens before you go as during May 2026 they had not healed yet and made for a lesser experience with all the sand and Plinko putting. The clubhouse and bar area are nice and staff were very friendly. Our group preferred the North Winds and Peninsula up the road better. This course is part of the stay and play package the Comfort Inn in Somerset has and that deal before Memorial Day is a great value (assuming next year Somerset punches their greens earlier so they are healed to make the package even mor…
