Snow Hill Country Club

I have traveled past this for many of years, admiring it's beauty as the my path ran parallel. Today, I had the pleasure of joining my husband and his group on their outing. Let me tell you, it is even more beautiful in person...a place you want to experience for yourself!! The course has amazing movement in the land, graceful rolling hills everywhere. Lovely landscape and a variety of tree species perfectly placed. Very nicely groomed and well taken care of. Visited yesterday for the first time. I absolutely loved everything about this course. The layout was challenging. I think I went through most of my bag. The course gives you a little bit of everything: Dog legs, blind shots, short and easy, long par 4's and 5's, picturesque, true and fast greens. The condition was as good as I've played anywhere in a long time. Thick, lush rough, short cut fairways, smooth greens. If I lived near here, it would be my home course. The staff was friendly too. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was disappointed with the course conditions. I played in late September, and all the fairways were dirt or brown grass. Unless I reached the green on the first shot, the ball would roll unpredictably in any direction with uncontrollable distance. I was told it was one of the better courses in Ohio, but it was far from acceptable. The course layout was decent, but the maintenance needs significant improvement.

Beautiful course with great character! It was nice to play a course where people have golf etiquette. Came across three different foursomes that let me play straight through.

Hands down my favorite course to date. From the layout, to the scenery and the course condition! Absolutely amazing, challenging and away from everyday traffic noises. The definition of what a golf course should be!!! Great job to the staff of Snow Hill!!

Went with a group of friends and we absolutely loved this course. It was in great shape, very challenging. The Greens were the fastest greens I've ever played on. You were punished for not having a good shot and that was ok. You want a good challenge. We will play this course every year going forward. Great job Snow Hill.

Probably one of the best courses I've played. Very nice layout greens and boxes are very well kept. Definitely recommend getting out here well well worth it.

A lot of interesting history here. Amazing staff, great atmosphere. Many events worth checking out, not just golf. Pretty haunted, especially room three.
