In summary

Sierra Hills Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyable layout that is ideal for practicing short game skills. The club offers a good value for both beginners and seasoned golfers, with a welcoming atmosphere and adequate amenities such as a clubhouse and practice facilities. Some visitors have noted issues with the driving range conditions and occasional scheduling or communication mishaps, but these do not overshadow the overall positive experience reported by many golfers.

First time playing and this is an excellent executive/3 par course. A great balance of straight fairways and a little technical hazards to keep it interesting. The price makes for an inexpensive round of golf with a friendly and helpful staff to boot. If I had a complaint it would be the rough is a little high and it often times is hard to find an errant ball.

We had a fun time and the staff was great. It was my son's first time playing golf and they made him feel welcomed.

Nice little course with plenty of hazards to make it interesting. 4 par 4’s, and the rest are 3’s. Clubhouse has plenty of gear for anything you forgot to bring. Nice driving range and putting green as well. Go check it out!

We love this hidden gem! I started learning/ playing golf here during the COVID era with my husband who played occasionally. The game is frustrating and challenging but has easily become our favorite pastime. We play so often that the membership is a great value and the course is always open. It is very well manicured, the greens keepers work very hard maintaining and improving the grounds just like the big country club courses if not better. The staff is friendly and attentive and strive to make your outing enjoyable. Great clubhouse and place to have group tournaments, too! I am not being pa…

Nice little executive course. Pull out the driver and go for it on four nice short par 4,s. Challenging rough if you miss the green. Well watered and nicely kept. Loved the 3 hr round. Wil go back.

Always a great place to practice your short game as most holes don’t require a driver to tee off. Greens and flag location make each shot a nice challenge. Fairways and greens are kept in great shape by staff. Club house is nice and clean. Golf carts are well maintained.

Great experience! My son had his golf lessons here. It was so beautiful. I’m excited to play the game of golf here more often.

Great place to learn. Played my first round of golf here and it was a great experience. Friendly staff, nice fast greens. They are pretty lax and definitely one of the more affordable options. As mentioned the range balls can be questionable, but don't let that deter you if you're just looking to get in a quick round.

Great course overall — perfect for a quick round. The layout is fun and well-kept, though the driving range could use some improvement since there isn’t much grass to hit from. Aside from that, it’s a solid place to play and worth a visit.

For a smaller course with 4 par 4's, and the rest par 3's, it is a great place to work on your irons and wedges. There are not too many dangerous hazards around the greens, but there are still several holes where you shoot over or beside water which gives the course some excitement. The bunkers that I have ended up in have been nice and soft sand that gives a great chance to pull off good shots. Some courses I have been to have sand that is like concrete, so this is a definite plus. The greens are fairly sandy and slow though, so judging speed is more important than the line because the greens…

I called and booked a tee time, asking if they are a family-friendly golf course. They said they were. When we arrived, they didn't let us play because of our baby. They were apologetic, but we obviously couldn't stay to play.
