Saratoga Resort & Spa is praised for its charming hot springs, beautiful outdoor spaces, and friendly staff, making it a relaxing getaway. Guests appreciate the clean accommodations, upgraded amenities, and enjoyable on-site dining options. However, some visitors have reported issues with room cleanliness, noise levels, and inconsistent pool temperatures, which detracted from their overall experience.

Saratoga Hot Springs Resort If you’re looking for a true Wyoming getaway, Saratoga Hot Springs Resort delivers. The accommodations are pretty darn good. The rooms are definitely older, but they’re clean and well kept. The soundproofing between rooms isn’t what you’d find in a brand-new modern hotel, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. This place has character. It feels authentic, not cookie cutter. Now let’s talk about the pools, absolutely to die for. The main pool is incredible, the hot tubs are fantastic, and the natural mineral water just hits different. The best part? The camarader…

This is my happy place. They went through a little lull a couple years ago, but everything is perfect again. The rooms have had upgrades, the lobby, bar and service are all stellar, the pools are absolute magic, and everything is super clean. They now have a breakfast buffet INCLUDED with your stay with real eggs, bacon, fruit, pastries. The fitness room is impeccable. I am so happy with this gem of a place and will be back again, very soon. Thank you!!

Enjoyed our retreat to this hotel with hot springs. Very comfortable, clean, and hospitality was top notch. The pools were of Various temps and enjoyable. The private tepee covered pools were and added bonus. So Many lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the peace and beauty. On-site brew-pub made for convenient dining. Very full breakfast buffet included. Highly recommend for the perfect balance of rustic vibes and comfortable amenities.

We have wanted to stay here for several years and have been greatly disappointed. The front desk lady was rude from the moment we walked in the door. Check in was at 3, our room and many others we spoke with rooms were not ready until after 4 pm. The hot springs pools had algae floating all inside them. The seats inside the pools were slippery to sit on sure to algae. Only 1 of the pools were hot the rest were Luke warm. Then we get our hotel room finally…..we’re to start. The electrical in the rooms is scratchy at best. Beds were horrible. Flat pillows. Absolutely NOT worth the price they ch…

The hot spring pools and outdoor grounds were genuinely beautiful, and the proximity to wildlife made for a memorable experience! Unfortunately, the rooms didn't live up to the setting. The carpet was sticky enough that we resorted to laying towels on the floor, and cleanliness was a real concern. To make matters worse, the walls were incredibly thin, and noise during sleeping hours made rest difficult.. something the resort itself acknowledge is a known issue. Dining unfortunately was also a letdown. The food quality was poor, and wait times were unreasonably long. With some attention to hous…

Nice little resort with charming hot springs in a beautiful location with nearby cross country skiing. Complementary breakfast was very nice and resort was cozy. Resort was noticeably old but with many upgrades. It’s a historic resort so this was expected. However beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Both my husband and I got very poor sleep both nights so will likely not be back because it really detracted from the experience.

I always feel rejuvenated after a few days stay at the Hot Springs Resort. The historic resort has many different sized rooms to accommodate various needs. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Each bed had 4 pillows.👍 The bathroom was an adequate size. I would have liked a bath tub mat because I thought the tub bottom was quite slippery. The entire resort is beautifully maintained. The main pool and “teepee”hot springs are cleaned weekly and the entire area is immaculate. The grounds are nicely manicured with seasonal flowers planted throughout the resort. It’s obvi…

Such an amazing experience! My family came to the resort for massages and to enjoy the pools. The massage therapists did an amazing job, the teepee hot pools were very relaxing, and the receptionist Cathy was so accommodating and made our experience over the top!

Update: 11:46am the kids woke up hoping the pools were warmer. They are warmer, not warm. We ate buffet for breakfast 4 stars. Its $15/person but we were told it comes with the room. I didn't get charged but based on my experience so far I'll be checking the credit card for several weeks just in case. They've been swimming in the pool and shivering but they are determined to have fun. At 11am on the dot we were out and the cleaner who had been lingering around the room for 2 hours went right in to make sure we hadn't stolen anything. We are on the way to the free hobo pools across town so we c…

Spa sucks! Booked a massage for my mom’s birthday on 10/5 at 12:30pm. Upon arrival Tammy let us know that the appointment had been cancelled. NO ONE EVER called to let us know. Tammy LIED said she tried calling that morning. BS we came from Laramie and wouldn’t have driven out if it had been cancelled. Tammy just be honest and say you forgot or you don’t have a replacement available. DON’T LIE looks bad for the resort and for yourself. Won’t come back and won’t ever recommend the resort or spa to anyone else.

Be careful when booking at Saratoga Hot Springs Resort. We've stayed before and enjoyed the visit - enough that we booked again for the spring. The rates are very high considering what you get in the room and the age of the building (they provide earplugs because they know the walls are paper thin).... But what feels really bad is that when I cancelled 3 months ahead of my reservation, I was charged $10 to cancel. This was NEVER clear in my booking, checkout, or confirmation. When the representative on the phone had to spend 5 minutes to find the fine print on the website, that felt horribly…

First I want to say the front desk team was wonderful as was the team at the adventure center. They each made me feel welcome. Evie is magical! Otherwise I was not impressed. I was aware of the large pool being under construction (only after I made my reservations, you make no mention on your website) and the last minute small pool water line break and that I could have cancelled services with your resort; however, I had other aspects of the trip I could not cancel, which is why I kept my reservations. The hot springs are someplace that a single female should not go, I went in the evening and…
