In summary

Rye Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained and scenic golf course, with several holes offering beautiful views of Milton Harbor. The staff is generally described as friendly and professional, and the amenities, including the pool and clubhouse, receive positive feedback for their cleanliness and service. However, some visitors have raised concerns about the condition of the greens, the lack of a driving range, and the behavior of pool staff, which they feel detracts from the overall experience.

This castle was my first time being there. I was there with my baby sister and my brother in law. It was my niece and her husband wedding. My niece and her husband were very happy getting married in front of her parents. The staff were happy and helpful. The food was great but it broke my heart that some of the food was being thrown away. That food could have been given homeless shelter so people would have something in their stomach. Where I live it's an organization called City Harvester. They collect food that no one wants. That would have been a great idea for next wedding. But let me tell…

Rye Golf Club fell far short of expectations, a disappointment wrapped in a facade of promise. The greens, akin to unyielding rocks, offered no solace for the weary golfer's eye. Each putt felt like a battle against the unforgiving terrain, a futile attempt to tame nature's stubborn spirit. As frustration mounted with every stroke, the course revealed its true nature—a neglected canvas, its once pristine fairways now marred by the scars of indifference. Playing here was akin to navigating a treacherous labyrinth, with no reward at the journey's end. Rye Golf Club's state of disrepair left me s…

The staff they have at their pool has caused this club’s quality and reputation to severely deteriorate. The lifeguards and staff there are unfriendly bullies who make the guests feel quite uncomfortable. What a shame for a club that had such a great legacy. They allow ill-mannered, rude staff drive away longstanding members. This club has fallen and will never see another dollar from me.

The course was in amazing condition! the layout is a little funny and there is no driving range... so this is the only reason why it wasn't 5-stars... Otherwise the holes presented a nice variety of shots, not just driver wedge/mid-iron. Some shots off the tee demanded irons, adding length to the otherwise short course. And some of the greens had aggressive sloping resulting in impossible approach shots... BUT the greend were in such nice condition (and fast) that it was hard to get upset about it. Great times! Great course!

Played in a golf outing on 10/2323. The course in excellent shape. Greens are fast with lots of break. If you have the opportunity to play it you won't be disappointed.

I can only speak for the pool, since I'm not a golfer. Great family pool! Super clean, friendly staff, plenty to keep the kids entertained, and a snack bar.

Meticulously maintained and strikingly beautiful golf course with several holes along side Milton Harbor. Professional golf staff and an excellent bar/restaurant make the visit complete.

Great outdoor pool, clean, well kept facilities. The Fun Police love blowing their whistles however, when you break one of the many rules!

A quality golf course - the back nice is beautiful - and an interesting club house-castle, this semi-public club is as affordable a place as you could fine in Rye for the above activities. Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz
