Played this coarse 3 times while over in Florida from the UK. The gentleman in the pro shop is a great guy and very accommodating. I was a single player but always got me on without any issues. The coarse is challenging with lots of hidden traps off the tee boxes mainly water. The greens have some wicked breaks but the ball runs true, the coarse has some rough areas and some poor tee boxes but for $50 which includes the cart you have to accept that. The carts look new with GPS so all in all 5 stars from me. David

Overpriced and underdeveloped. Terrible tee-boxes and fairways and green. Everything you need for a good round of golf and they charge you premium prices. Starter was rude when we showed up 2 minutes before tee time as he didn’t already mess everybody else’s time up. Way better courses fo better prices half a mile away, save your time!

I am comparing this course to other $65 courses and it dose NOT compair to courses like Big Cypress and Huntington hills witch are $65 and really nice. This course was a big disappointment and won't be back weeds took over this course and the oversees doesn't hide the issues just adds to it. Greens were weedy bumpy and couldn't hold a line. I'm just amazed at all the 4 and 5 stars reviews they must have a lot of friend.

Wow! From Kaitlyn putting our clubs in our cart and her very welcoming attitude, to Glenn in the pro shop with his words of advice about the course to sweet Mae and Talia in The Nest and don’t want to forget Bill the starter Ty all for your wonderful hospitality! We highly recommend this beautiful course to all! Wilfred man the burger was yummy!!! 🏌️‍♀️⛳️

Good course to play. Member upfront at the club house check in rude. Went on military tee times to make a reservation, the member upfront didn’t like the price shown because there starting rates are higher then what I reserved online. Not my problem but he made sure to know it was. He let us play for the price we booked which was good but the whole round was tainted because of his attitude we ended up leaving early. If he’s like this every time wouldn’t recommend it.

The pace of play was so slow. Not acceptable. There were 8 people playing together. Each player had a teaching pro. It was rediculous to see 8 players delaying everyone's game. There is no ranger. The golf course was so not maintained. Also the course is so disorganized and hard to find the next hole. I will not go to this course again.

Tried White Heron for the first, but not the last time. Got a great rate and weekday time in mid November. The proshop was filled with everything golf, checked in and starter let us start out a bit earlier. Snack bar on site. The Course fairways and greens are in good shape, the outer areas are bare and hardpan. As a Novice golfer I unfortunately spent some time there chasing my ball. The course winds back and forth through the community with lots of bunkers, trees and water hazards. Very pretty overall. The carts are peppy with a screen to show distance, scoring and to keep you on the course.…

I'm an avid golfer and this course was a disappointment. The layout is okay, but the course conditions were awful. It looked like the cups had not been cut for or 4/5 days. The tee boxes were either hard pan and dead or had a few clumps of green grass between the dead spots. The fairways were either dead with weeds everywhere or soaking wet, and it hasn't rained in days. The greens were awful - bumpy and had lots of green sand around the perimeters. If you were on the fringe you'd have to putt through sand. Every flag was leaning. Not one flag fit tightly. I paid $84 to play 18 holes. It might…

I like playing this course, but it would have been better if the grounds crew did a better job cleaning up the grass and staying off their cell phones when people were trying to golf. The owner was also going around on his cart (the wrong direction)with ZERO GOLF etiquette and coming out of nowhere messing up my shots.

Visited October 31st 2025 whilst on holiday from the UK. Firstly don’t be put off by some recent negative reviews. Is this a grade (A) course no? Neither is it as poor as some make out. As a seasoned golfer who has maintained a 2 handicap for many years I wouldn’t want to play a qualifying or major competition there but a social and enjoyable round of golf with friends yes. Firstly the staff. All that I encountered were extremely nice, polite and we informed. The starter explained the course layout and the direction of play. Now the course. Tees. More than expectable plenty of grass on them an…

Owner/management have no aesthetic sensibilities. Turning off the main road onto the entrance one is welcomed by the views of dead grass, weeds, and barren dirt. It looks so shabby. It used to be beautiful, but now it's neglected. They've cut down groves of trees, they don't even "edge" their weeds growing into the parking lot and street. They polute Horse Creek which runs right behind the clubhouse – they put their dumpsters on the creek. Such a shame, this was a beautiful course, now it's a weed farm.

The staff was fine and friendly. The cart had both sand mix and a cooler. What it didn’t have was GPS. It wouldn’t be much of an issue if there were easy to fine yardage markers, but many are overgrown (pictured). How hard would it be to edge them. And there were no markers on the Par 3’s. You’re forced to trust the card and your eyes. Again, how hard is it to lay down a painted stone. I didn’t use the practice facilities at all, and they did look OOS for repair. Now the course. Tee boxes were fine for the most part. The traps commonly were not up to par, and had “grass” growth (pictured). The…
