In summary

Pine Lakes Golf Club is appreciated for its challenging Arnold Palmer-designed layout, friendly staff, and well-maintained greens, making it a popular choice among golfers. The clubhouse and restaurant receive high marks for their food quality and service, with many enjoying the scenic views. However, some visitors have noted issues with course drainage after heavy rains, inconsistent bunker conditions, and mixed experiences with customer service in the pro shop.

A shame. Really good layout, but in terrible shape. I understand it’s the winter, but it is much worse than any other courses around. Greens were overgrown with little clumps of ? Making putting a fiasco. Booked and paid for a round on golf now and were greeted with an additional $23 - each! for a cart with no gps and smelly gas powered (Unlike my sons round there few days prior) Pro shop attendant was rude and condescending- basically telling us we were idiots for not seeing the fine print. Most definitely not returning.

Very challenging fun public course. Always a good time. Doesn’t handle over saturation of heavy rains very well but definitely one of our favorite spots to play.

We hosted our wedding reception at the club’s pub area, and it was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our event ran smoothly. Joi was an absolute delight to work with and made sure everything came together perfectly. Could not be happier! I think this clubhouse is the best kept secret in Palm Coast. The view of the sunset is outstanding from the pub and it’s a great place to have dinner and a drink.

It was a pretty cold morning with a wind gusting up what made hard to warm up. Checkin was a smooth and friendly. Golf course is a very challenging and requires skill above average golfer. Greens are in good shape and challenging. Overall golf course is In good shape and value for what we paid is there.

Nice course and challenging layout. Girl in pro shop needs lessons in customer service. Didn't provide a welcoming experience and if you need anything other than a round then it's a bother. Make sure to bring everything you need with you to not bother the girl in the pro shop.

I just moved to the area and this was the first course I played. The staff is very friendly from the restaurant to the pro shop. Danny the head pro made sure we had a good time. Bryan the superintendent has done an excellent job on the course. The greens are well kept and we enjoyed our round.

I'll give them 4 stars if they'll put sand in the bunkers. Great Palmer layout that can stretch to 7,100 yards, with a ton of water. The greens are typically quick and true, though when we played on them on 10/19 they'd been punched the week prior. We still were not disappointed with the condition, the greens and the rest of the course continues to improve.

I would like to give the course 5 stars... it's close but not quite worthy. Excellent layout. Greens were in great shape and rolled true. There appears to be a significant drainage issue though (5-6 inches of standing water on nearly every hole at random places). If you are a regular, you may be able to place your shots away from where there is standing water, but for anyone who has not played the course before you will run into 8 or 9 holes where you can not see the standing water from the tee. Staff was very friendly. Will likely return at some point (just not after there has been any rain…

Nice layout. Tight and challenging. Course greens were punched so couldn't say how good they are. They were not really running true. Still had decent pace though. Fairways were ok. Hard to say as they are still recovering from a 30" rain event a couple of weeks ago.

Course was in fairly good shape overall. Pro shop and starter both friendly and helpful. Bunkers were strange, gray sand and many had lots of extra sand pushed up against sides. Like a snow plow in a parking lot. Arnold Palmer design, which, in my experience, tend to have many more sand traps than average. Pine Lakes is no different plus a lot of swamp areas. The four of us probably lost 4-5 balls each. Several holes have houses so close to fairways they must get hit often. Hoping to find a course a little more wide open with a lot less bunkers and swamp areas.

First time visitors that live on the golf course. Sat to order and noticed the table was fithly. Asked waitress to please clean the sticky gross table. She told us that sticky stuff on the whole edge of the table couldn't be cleaned off it had to be sanded off. If the front of house is this dirty and excuses instead of action I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. So after getting an attitude from the waitress about cleaning the table we left and went to Bob Evans. P.S. get better waitress that cleans and doesn't expect you to eat at a gross table.

It was a great course back in the 1980s & 1990s and the restaurant and bar were wonderful places to have some drinks and have a fantastic meal. I liked the restaurant so much for lunch on weekdays, that I proposed to my former wife one afternoon while having a meal there. Since then I have only played the course several times and visited the bar and ordered sandwiches , I have never been back in the restaurant because it wasn't open. The course has had it's ups & downs throughout the years, but it's a challenging course and recently it's been in much nicer shape than previously, thank you...It…
