We visited this community three times so far as we are interested to make this our Florida home. Rick Southwick is by far the most experienced and kind sales person we dealt with, and we did explore many other communities before dealing with him. He is so genuine and caring and very different from your salesperson.

Plantation Bay is not your stereotypical golf community. It’s located just west of I-95 in Ormond Beach and while it is an exclusive, gated golf community with 45 holes of championship golf, membership is not required to live there. And once you pay a small initiation fee and become a member, there are no more golf fees, unless you choose to have one of the friendly and competent members of the golf staff help you improve your golf game. Long post ahead, but I have a lot to say. We used plantation bay for our wedding and for starters, we were so excited to use this venue. We had booked it 14 months in advance because they were building a brand new clubhouse (which is being advertised now, when it is still not finished - Aka the big white building picture is not what is available at this time). We were promised that new clubhouse for our wedding venue with no hesitation that it would be finished with time to spare before our wedding. My family had dinner at the country club. They treated my nine year old granddaughter like a princess. She felt so special. The staff is amazing and the food is delicious.

A relaxing get a way . Always enjoy the food! The restaurant is great. Nice views. Great servers. I live here it’s total peace of mind. Country club living at its finest!

Came to the new club house with my dad, mom, wife and daughter. Wow we had a great lunch and drinks. The service was great.

This place will never disappoint. The course is PGA style and absolutely wonderful.
