Pine Creek Golf Club

I'm going to give an honest review of this public golf course. So the greens are in decent shape that's about all that's in decent shape, although the tee boxes are okay. The grass height in this place is just willy-nilly with how they cut the grass.The grass in the Fairway I'd say is at least an inch longer than it should be, the second cut is at least three inches longer than it should be, which makes it easy to lose your balls from just right off the fairway, which for a course that charges in excess of $80 per round kind of crazy. Love the course, never had a problem. Start early and there is minimal delays. Also - loved the cart girl from Louisiana. She was awesome.

Very nice golf course in Colorado Springs. Well-stocked pro shop with a friendly staff inside and out. Good-sized driving range and putting green to warm up on. Starter got me paired up with a couple of guys and we had a good time playing around of golf. The course was in very good shape. The greens ran through and smooth and the fairways were in very good condition. If you're in Colorado Springs I highly recommend Pine Creek Golf Course

I have lived in this neighborhood for a long time. I enjoy the course but the green fee rates have become ridiculous. I took my sons to play 9 holes with a cart and was charged $80 per round... in November! I will not go back to play this course unless they update green fees to match other public courses in this area.

Do not give this course your business until they start to show more pride and integrity in their product. The grass on the front 9 is dead, the bunkers are unplayable, and a lot of the greens are patchy. Arguably the worst course in Colorado Springs now and they laughably still charge $120 for a round. Very sad to see this prime piece of golf real estate being mismanaged and going to waste.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Pine Creek Golf Club! Metronet sponsored the PC Football tournament. We do a bunch of golf events and I can say this was the first one in a long time that had enough golf carts for us to use for unloading our setup, first time ever that an employee came to the hole to inform us when all golfers had played our hole, and they were exceedingly easy to deal with the entire day! I really felt relaxed and not stressed allowing an enjoyable experience!

Played here mid-November and the course was in really nice shape!! Great Mountain views on the front 9, back 9 is a little tighter off the tee but it was a great golf experience.

Interesting take. I only had a chance to use the chipping and putting green. Rolling *fast*. Definitely an 11.5-12. Would love to come back and play. 4/5 due to the putting green. Wasn’t the best practice facility. For how fast those greens are rolling I would have loved to see a larger area with more options to practice. Got a bit rained out. Someone there wasn’t so friendly to me. So that didn’t help with my experience. Guys in the pro shop seemed nice.

May 2025: I am updating this review for the THIRD time because I have been legitimately blown away this year by how much this course has improved. I heard they have new ownership, or a new super or something like that. I don't know if it's true, but either way, the course is in FANTASTIC shape, at least early in the season here in 2025. This could be a great course but it has significantly degraded in quality. The course condition is absolute garbage. It seems like they haven’t watered in a year. Tee boxes are beaten up to the point where there are no flat areas to stand. It’s hard to distinguish the fairway from the bunkers since it is about 70% dead grass. This out-of-towner was very impressed! I walked the front 9 and it was doable but I’d prefer a cart next time. The course was in great shape and the views were amazing. Will play again! Edit: back 9 was nice but needs a bit of work.

This was a beautiful course. Layout was great, fairways were smooth and clean, greens fast. Absolutely amazing golf. Only issue was pace of play had a family with young kids in front and they slowed us and another group down a lot. But overall a fantastic place and would definitely come back. Also gotta brag about the beer cart girl, just about every other hole beer cart is back around checking on you and seeing what you need. Staff was friendly and helpful.
