PGA Village Golf Club is highly praised for its well-maintained courses, challenging layouts, and excellent practice facilities. Visitors appreciate the accommodating staff and beautiful setting, with particular commendation for the Dye and Wanamaker courses. However, some guests have experienced issues with staff interactions and pace of play, noting occasional feelings of unwelcomeness and being rushed.

Had a great time. The Dye was challenging but fair. Wide open fairways and plenty of bunkers and waste areas. It’s hard to lose a ball. Played as a nonmember or guest on this day. We went to the bar to eat. And was told we had to leave as this was a member only area. We kindly left and ran into a manager. We told about him about the experience and he said the staff was not wrong but made an exception and escorted us back to the bar. A great example of customer service. Thank you very much we really enjoyed our day.

10/05/2022: We played the Wanamaker course again and it's still very beautiful even after the recent hurricane Ian. It looks like Ian didn't create too much trouble for the course. The greens are fine and run smooth although I would prefer the speed to be a little faster. The newly renovated range is absolutely awesome! The only course that we didn't try is the Ryder course and hope we can play it some time this year. Circa Oct., 2021: It was our first time at the club and we played the Dye course. The conditions, the layouts, the scenery, etc. all deserve a great rating. Range is also a comp…

The Dye course is absolutely stunning. Tee boxes and fairways like carpet and greens are amazing roll true and fast!!! Bunkers were all perfect! Course conditions were a 10/10. Would recommend to everyone. The food in the clubhouse after was amazing too!! Great Rueben and chicken ceasar wrap!! Highly suggest the entire facility if you haven’t been!!!!

Excellent place to play a few rounds of golf. Great practice facilities and a very accommodating staff. We had the pleasure of playing 2 rounds here today. 1st, we played the Dye course. It was a very nice course and offered a great challenge, which I handled pretty well seeing I have never played this course before. Then we had a nice lunch on site. The lunch menu is not large but it is very delicious. I highly recommend the club sandwich. After lunch, we headed for the Ryder course, which is also a very nice course that is also beautiful and challenging. Again, I was playing well and had a v…

Played PGA Village in Port St. Lucie recently, and I’m still thinking about it. This place is just a great all-around golf experience from start to finish. The course I played had wide open fairways—which I really appreciated because it gives you room to swing without feeling like every tee shot is life or death. That said, it’s not just a grip-it-and-rip-it kind of track. There are plenty of bunkers and waste areas positioned in all the right places to keep you honest. If you get lazy with club selection or miss on the wrong side, you’ll definitely feel it. But it never felt unfair—just a go…

Terrible experience from start to finish. I’ve played courses all over the region and have never felt so unwelcome. The vibe here is cold and cliquey, and it’s very clear that if you’re not part of their inner circle, you don’t matter. What really crossed the line was being confronted about my husband’s attire. He was wearing a completely normal golf tee purchased from a PGA shop something you’d see at any modern course. Yet we were told we needed to leave because a much older member didn’t approve. No clear dress code violation, just someone’s personal opinion being enforced like a rule. It w…

Played the Wanamaker course on December 31, 2025. The course was difficult but in very good shape. Unfortunately the experience was scarred by the experience with the ranger, Troy. I understand the job of a ranger is difficult, but the way he handled his job is completely unacceptable. As a threesome we teed off at 11:37 and on the first hole noticed our GPS in one of the carts was not operating properly. As he drove by we flagged him down to assist. He looked at it for about a minute while we were on the green. Then drove away yelling “I’m not sure what’s wrong with it”. He did not return wit…

Does it get any better than this? AM Tour Championship this weekend. Played the Dye course. Bring your A game, the greens are tough and a bit small. Great layout with room for error though, (not too much). Fantastic facility, with unlimited balls on the practice range. The clubhouse is beautiful inside and out. If you want to enjoy a great weekend of golf at an A+ facility, this is your destination. Staff is following all social distancing guidelines everywhere throughout the facility. Great staff, great atmosphere, fantastic golf.

This place is awesome, stated a condo nearby walk to the six hole chip and putt with the kids. We were there Saturday and Sunday and both days were super relaxed. Wasn’t overcrowded large driving range 3 - 18 hole courses.

The course is absolutely gorgeous! However, don’t expect to enjoy it too much since you’re rushed to keep the 4hr pace of play. We ended up finishing in 3.5 hrs because of the rush. I enjoyed the gps on the cart but was almost impossible to use as we were moving constantly. It would’ve been helpful to be able to check the holes before teeing off. If you’re an advanced player this course is worth it. If not, you’re better off playing somewhere else as your time will be rushed. The lunch was fresh and acceptable at the club house. The menu had very limited options and almost none for gluten fre…

Played Wanamaker 1st time. What’s with any reviews under 5. The entire course is a beauty from start to finish. Practice areas are best I’ve ever seen.

Played the Wanamaker Course on 5/27/2023 and it was in amazing shape, one of the best taken care of courses I've ever played, the entire setup at the PGA Village is just awesome.
