I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was excellent. The service was outstanding, the staff was always friendly and attentive, and the entire property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. 10/10 for service, accommodations, cleanliness, and hospitality. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful experience at Voco St. Lucie. The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, especially around the pool area and common spaces. The maintenance and housekeeping teams did a fantastic job keeping everything clean, organized, and welcoming throughout our visit. The food was also very enjoyable, with a good variety of options and fresh, tasty meals. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our day so enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again!

Such a great time spending Memorial Day weekend at this resort with family and friends. Kyle and Darla were AMAZING when it comes to customer service and making everyone feel welcome and enjoying themselves. The rooms are nicely updated and roomy. Great food, yummy lates and cappuccinos, and great drinks (especially if your cosmopolitans are made by Allene aka Sally). Awesome resort if you just want to relax and enjoy your weekend. We will certainly be back soon ♥️

My wife and I are local and decided to give the new Sandpiper IHG all-inclusive resort a try. We didn’t have very high expectations given the area, but unfortunately the experience was worse than expected. We checked in right at 4:00 pm and, given that this is marketed as an all-inclusive resort, we assumed food would be readily available. Instead, there was nothing open except what appeared to be a sports bar that barely looked operational. The only food available was a single tray of beef tips sitting out, with no other options. My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay at voco Sandpiper. Resort has a very relaxing, laid-back vibe. Overall property very clean, lots of choices throughout all the meals, and a good calendar of activities. We really enjoyed the peacefulness and view at the Infiniti Pool. Shout out to Yoga by Brooke for a fantastic class. Brooke took the time to learn my comfort level, resulting in a great workout. Loved the five-piece band too. Shout out to Leo who found something we had lost.

We had the BEST stay at Sandpiper Bay All-Inclusive Resort! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive — they truly make you feel like family. Claire at the front desk went above and beyond during our stay in every way! The daily kids’ activities (arts & crafts, games, sports & more) were such a hit along with the mini golf & arcade and our 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath room was spacious and comfortable. We are here right now, Jan 26, and are very satisfied! Room is great, just as pictured on website. Staff is very attentive, food at the Riverside Market is quite good with a good variety. All inclusive drinks are few, there is a charge for, like a can of beer or premium alcohol. Pools are awesome but not heated, infinity pool is quite chilly! Views are wonderful and the garden areas are coming along nicely. I thought the nightly price was worth it considering what you would pay at restaurants to eat out. Beautiful place. The girls behind the bar were amazing. The barista in the cafe was awesome! Pools were clean and warm, staff was attentive. Highly recommend the yoga at sunset. We got some pickleball lessons while we were there and met wonderful guests to play pickleball with. There are activities all day. We went knowing we could go into town if needed but never left the resort. The rooms are older with a facelift but the beds are comfortable and watching the sunset from the balcony was beautiful. There’s so much to do we didn’t spend time in the room much.

The staff for the most part is fabulous! Very friendly and accommodating. The first complaint I have, housekeeping service seemed to be directly tied to the tip. The first night, I had cash and left a decent tip, great service, room fully cleaned and restocked with coffee, water fresh towels. The next morning I left for fishing and unfortunately didn't have any cash to leave, returned to a bed that had been half made, towels swapped out, no coffee or cups or water. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return with a group of friends because it’s a beautiful resort and there are a lot of activities we enjoyed doing. It did feel like once we arrived, we didn’t need to leave the resort for anything. It’s a really nice feeling especially when traveling with kids. Additionally, the thoughtfulness of staff who remembered my name, who called me to check in on how we were doing at the resort, and the smiles and friendly staff who conversed with us and helped us during our stay added to the nice experience. My wife and I stayed here (late Feb 26') for our Baby-moon deciding to stay domestic over the Caribbean or Mexico. Having been to other All Inclusives all over the world, I was happy to see one being added to IHGs portfolio in the states.
