Parto's Big on Golf Learning Center

This place was NOT what I expected. Got turned down at a local golf course to play a quick 9 and decided on hitting a driving range. Looked up the closest place available, and saw this place was still open. Pull in, staff was extremely pleasant, and let me roam around to take a look at everything they have to offer. 9 hole short par 3 course(super well maintained, great greens), driving range, practice green, putt putt course, thousands of clubs to look through, used golf balls to purchase, a cool little corn hole style chipping game...what else could you want out of a practice facility. Always have an awesome time at Parto’s!! Tom works very, very hard keeping the area extremely well groomed. Some may say it’s the local golf pot of gold. It’s the local golf course at the end of a rainbow.

First time player. Had lesson with Tom (owner), what a gentle patient teacher. Loaned me clubs, spent time chipping, driving range, etc. Then left me with a full bucket of balls after lesson and said, enjoy your practice. Another lesson on Friday, and I joined for the next two months at a great rate. Hidden gym for sure.

My boyfriend just bought a new set of clubs and got a new grip put on. Gene was absolutely fantastic and super helpful while deciding on what to get. We will definitely be back due to the great hospitality we received!

Awesome little driving range. Good prices. Nice employees. I'll be back for mini golf and Par-3 course!!

This review is not based upon golfing or anything of that nature. This is based off of my experience today buying a pumpkin. My son & I searched for the perfect pumpkin not really paying attention to the pricing signs. When I went to pay, the old man working the register sighed and very rudely asked “do you know where you got this pumpkin from?” And I said in the middle medium section. He said “lady, do you know how much it is?” I said no but there is a sign right behind you that says how much medium pumpkins are which is $5. Son is enjoying youth golf clinic and seems to he learning a lot! Younger children have enjoyed the wait playing miniature golf and on the swingsets!

Gene is the man! Took care of us and made us feel so welcome. This place is awesome! Extremely well taken care of 9 hole par 3 and huge selection of clubs all for a great price. Can’t wait to come back!

I am very impressed with Parto's. My 13 year old daughter is in love with this place also. The course is beautiful and well taken care of with special attention paid to small details that most small par 3 courses would miss (tee boxes that are actually taken care of, ball washers, and sand boxes to fill divots). Greens are in better shape than some big courses I've been to. There is a $10 minimum for using a card and I had already paid. My daughter decided that she wanted a bottle of water which was a dollar. I only had my card and the man gave her the water. We will be back soon enough and I…

Came back home from Kentucky to play around a little, and what an experience Gene provided for someone who’s inexperienced at this time in golf. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks again Gene, you’re that dude!!
