I played Nutter today the course looks great. It is 100% better than the last five years. The greens are in good shape fairways look good. Love the new carts The tee boxes are rough they look like you had a 3 day tournament. Over all I’ll be back I enjoyed playing there today. You have done a great job in such a short time. This time next year it will be very nice.

It's a decent course but I dont think it is worth $42. Usually only play here once or twice a year. Went one week ago and the greens were in really bad condition. The course is also pretty narrow. Would not recommend for players that need more of a forgiving course.

Played here last Saturday with A930 AM Tee time. The only good thing I can say about the course is that it wasn't busy. That said we ended up having to wait on the tea anyway on a a regular basis because on a Saturday at 9:30 they were mowing the greens. Greens, which by the way are in terrible shape they are full of weeds dead spots covered in sand. T boxes were more like a rough than a tea Box. Some of the sand traps were more like a rock garden. $42 is way too much to play for a course it's a terrible shape.

Course is okay but not worth dealing with the staff. And certainly not for $42. The staff drives around looking for reasons to kick you off the course. Drove off the cart path one time while it was allegedly cart path only and was kicked off the course with out a prior warning. No refund. And didn’t even get in 9 holes. Don’t recommend if golfing in Conway. Go anywhere else. From asking others and other reviews on Google this seems to be typical behavior of the staff.

The course needs to be relegated to a municipal course as terrible of shape that it’s in. The greens are covered in sand, the ones that aren’t are dying and covered in fungus, the sand traps are either full of water or rocks and the tee boxes are undistinguishable from the rough. I don’t know who the new greens keeper is but they need to go. It wouldn’t hurt Lindsey Management to invest a little money into the course either instead of stuffing his mistresses and her family’s pockets. It’d also be a good idea to close the course during the winter to maybe keep the greens alive. Save yourself $4…

First time playing the course, nice place. It's unforgiving though. Keep it in the fairways.

Course is well cared for. Challenging elevation changes, but it's fun to play.

Nice layout however poor conditions. Tee boxes bare and the greens were shaggy and unplayable. Not enough drinking water on the course on a 100+ day.

Nice place. The staff however is extreamly rude and unhelpful. I was interested in moving in but if approved for the apartment the automatically take the money out. Now I called asking if this could be avoided due to rent being around the same time I was told yes that was fine. However not the case. They pulled the money out made my account bounce and even after disputing it with my bank and getting a refund they still try to say I owe them money. When I called corporate they said it doesn't matter what the lady said that they take the money automatically. This is beyond wrong. I was told I co…

The GM is a good guy. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is extremely rude and off putting. In fact, they have built up quite the reputation around Conway for being this way.
