I've been here a few months. When I first moved in, everything was quiet and the neighbors were great. 4 months later and EVERY thing has changed other than how nice the ladies are in the office. My neighbor below me has to be every bit of 70 and all of a sudden I'm being forced to hear her fake moan and it sounds so disgusting. For about the past 2 months I've been seeing the maintenance man and some chick going into an vacant apartment at all times of the day and night(DEFINITELY WHEN THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED) and as I walk my dog, you can hear them having loud and fake sex in the vacant apartm…

I have been here for a few months. I have been happy with the apartment for what i am paying. I turned on two maintenance request since i have been here and they were both handled ASAP. The first one the came so fast the knock on the door scared me. I really wish i picked a larger apartment but thats on me. I wish i would recomend to anyone. Miles

I had a very disappointing experience at this golf store. The staff member working in the pro shop was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, his attitude made the interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. A pro shop should be a place where customers feel valued, respected, and supported, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to others until significant improvements are made in customer service.

Maybe it was different before. I am a current resident and I am thrilled with the staff and maintenance. You go online to the resident portal and report a problem, I swear sometimes it’s five minutes later, but it’s always very fast. They are there to fix it. Place is filled with amenities and everyone in the office is a gem. Reviews are not fair on this property. 4 stars only because they are lacking in curb appeal, lots of rotten outside trim. But for the price, this apartment is 5 stars.

Whatever you do do not rent from this apartment complex, they do not fix anything. My AC has been dripping and all they did was vacuum up the water off the carpet and didn’t even fix it and said that if they were to actually fix it, they would have to replace the whole AC which they won’t do. They also have not changed the drip pans in the stove since I have lived here for a year and a half, my drip pan on my stove has so much buildup that it calls an actual fire. When I moved in, there was mold around each window and they refused to do anything about it when I told them about it and I have tw…

Please for the love of God, AVOID THIS PLACE. Nothing gets fixed. I had an apartment for over a year and the sliding bathroom door was broken and never fixed. It is still broken. Consider your deposit gone. No matter how well cleaned or how well you take care of things, they're going to scam you out of the deposit. I promise you, if you read this review and say "oh he's just being dramatic", Rent from them and then tell me I'm being dramatic. Good Luck to all who read this and still rent from em. The ducks on the golf course were pleasant though. That's why 1 star. The ducks are 1 star. Front…

Worst place you could rent. The manager was incredibly rude and the repeated requests to fix things in my apartment were left ignored. The air filter in the apartment was covered in BLACK MOLD - Requested this be resolved multiple times - Ended up having to clean it myself. There were also roaches and other bugs all over the place when i moved in. The shape of the apartment was half clean at best when i moved in. They never bothered cleaning it. When i moved out, I hired a professional cleaning crew myself to clean the apartment so i could get my deposit back. As all the other reviews state -…

Worst place I’ve lived at. Infested with bugs and mold, nothing gets fixed and management does nothing. But had the time to check expired tags tow people’s cars for a $300 fee.

This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in when it comes to actually fixing problems. It’s ridiculous. They want to go up on rent every lease renewal but can’t even provide proper air conditioning. I have been asking them to fix my air since January. What has gotten fixed? Absolutely nothing. I pay $685 a month in rent for a 1 bedroom apartment with no air. Makes no sense.

I've lived at the Links for almost 10 months. the building I'm in is nice, the neighborhood is moderately quiet, and maintenance is very quick to respond to a request. I have only gone to management once with a concern and the issue was taken care of almost immediately. I have plenty of room for all my things and I can always find parking close to my building. I don't use the club house or golf course so I can't comment on those. For the bad, when I moved in I spent the first couple of weeks sweeping and vacuuming up some kind of animal hair (I don't have an animal). Everything else was clean…

Might be worth the money. I have lived there for 3 years and when I started living there everything was fine. I dont know if it's a change in management I've had a leaky roof for a year and they never really fixed it despite complaining about it 4 times. The handyman came to fix the roof when my lease was up. Iys obvius they used cheap materials to build the place. I have random water stains in my living room. Roaches are showing up more in the area you can see them frequently outside. People are loud and constantly smoking weed and it comes through the vents making my place reek of weed. Park…

Lived here ~9/15/13 - 6/15/15 and my experience was great. I had no problems with the management, maintenance, or neighbors. Parking was not a problem except for a few times now-and-then when I had to park a few buildings further from my building, but I could always find a spot. The equipment in the gym could be better maintained and the gym could be open later than 9pm, but these are minor concerns. The property was well maintained, and I was treated fairly from start to end.
