North Shore Towers Country Club offers an exceptional golf experience . The course was well maintained, with a true championship feel. I was particularly impressed by the course condition, which lives up to its reputation; the pristine fairways and expertly maintained bent grass greens are immaculately kept and designed to challenge golfers of all skill levels. An enormous suburban residential complex consisting of three high rise buildings. The buildings feature an underground concourse linking the three buildings. There is a movie theater and a diner-like restaurant and a variety of professional service offices in the concourse. North Shore Towers was designed for convenience living. It's possible that some residents may not feel the need to ever leave the premises.

Quiet, quaint, and super safe with security booth at entrance and a doorman in each of the three towers. I've been coming here over 25 years now. My Grandma was living here until her passing. All amenities you can want (ie: restaurant, grocery, movie theater and more), exist on the lowest level, underneath the buildings. You can walk to and from all 3 buildings without having to go outside. All in all, it's clean, classy, and comfortable for all ages.. albeit, the majority of the residents are on the elderly side. Safety is my first policy and today at the pool I noticed that there was lifeguards that were sitting on one chair for many hours at a time with no break and that puts me and my family and everyone around me at risk so they really need to get this sorted.

I was verbally assaulted here tonight by a guard with terrible manners and even worse hearing. I was trying to explain to him that I was new to driving and gotten turned around. I needed to park to figure out how to make my way back and he yelled at me whilst he banged his hand on my windshield angrily. The woman security guard wasn’t much better because she spoke to me as if I was a 3 year old child. I had simply gotten lost and needed a place to stop and they were extremely nasty towards me. Competed in a stableford tournament at this beautiful track a week ago and was a point behind the leader in the MGA Net division with one hole left (uphill but short 9th hole, shotgun start on 10th). I was able to hit a low flight fade with my 9° Ping G430 Max driver (used for 2 rounds) that skimmed the left side of the fairway before fading and landed on the right side of the fairway, 34 yards away. My grandmother just turned 92 and has been living here for about 20 years. Her apartment is spacious and beautiful. The entire building is immaculate and the staff is so polite and helpful to her and her guests. There is literally anything a person could need located right in the building! It is very comforting to know she is safe and happy here.

Had a great time playing at the Towers. The course was well maintained with nice rolling fairways, bunkers protecting greens, and fast greens. I highly recommend playing it, if you get the opportunity. The staff in the clubhouse and restaurant were very friendly and we a loved the food. A+

Linda Rappaport and her team did a great job in selling my stepmoms apartment. As I live out of state and had no contacts in NY she recommended someone to help empty the apartment as well as an attorney to handle the legal aspects of the sale. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone wanting to sell a unit in North Shore Towers.

I got discriminated by the white dude who wear eyeglasses that works at the concierge at 27010 building when i attempt to make a food delivery today around 5:45 p.m. Very rude guy, trying to make fun of my accent and humiliated me, gave me a hard time and shows no respect although himself is working on a low end job as well. Management should not put him to work at the front if not probably trained. The indian doorman is rude as well. They need to learn how to respect others but not to shame other ppl. Shame on them.

Just closed on my apartment in building 1. Had a fabulous experience with Greenthal Properties realtor, Linda Rappaport and Cindy. It was my pleasure to work with them. They couldn’t be more helpful, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. Everyone in the buildings have been so courteous. I can’t wait to move in!! P.S. The complex is NOT just for elderly people!!
