In summary

Rolling Oaks Golf Course is appreciated for its friendly staff, convenient location, and suitability for beginners and families, with many finding it a good value for practice rounds. The course is described as having narrow fairways and some challenging holes, but it also faces criticism for maintenance issues, particularly with bunkers and greens, as well as occasional cart shortages and layout confusion. While some enjoy the pace of play, others have experienced delays and organizational challenges.

⚡Lisa - The golf course is so hidden in plain site, it is amazing. If you blink you will miss it. The golfers and workers there are quite pleasant. The atmosphere is calm with a bit of excitement because of the on-site Restaurant. They have plenty of parking. Which also connects to the local grocery store and shopping center. With all this activity around the are still quietly tucked away where you wouldn't even know their there if it wasn't for a few little signs. If I were a golfer I would try this golf course out for sure. Right in town with all convenient surrounding local amenities. - Lis…

Golf course is in good condition. Very friendly staff. Pace of Play is usually good. Lots of over grown trees with narrow fairways. A great last minute or I am in the neighborhood type of place.

Nice golf course ideal for new golfers and seniors. Greens and fairways are okay except for some hazards that are not well maintained. Bunkers have pebbles and stones which can ruin your clubs.greens and fairways are okay. Reasonable fee.

This is a great little course. It's perfect for the beginner and offers challenges that a par 3 can't as you need a full set of clubs to play. I take my 15 and 11 year old and they love it. We play quickly, but no one ever gives them a hard time for not being very good yet. The pace of play stays pretty steady and the staff is very friendly.

Super kind staff! For a place that got hit really bad from the hurricane. You can see a staff that really cares and is trying to make the course back to the way it was. Very nice course as well! Will definitely play here again the next time I’m in Tampa.

This Town of Brookhaven golf course has gone from good to OK in the last few years. The current front 9 are in good shape, but the back 9 has too many areas of standing water that the town has chosen to turn into water hazards by neglect. Good course to work on accuracy due to narrow fairways and short holes. Good course for training young golfers.

Not bad, not great. 3 stars but I would go back. There are never carts available. Hour wait when I get there and I think I only saw 10 carts the entire time I was there. The course setup is fine, very small. There is a confusing amount of turns but nothing you cant figure out, just read the signed. Fairway and greens are playable but the cost is cheap so you get what you pay for. The bunkers are awful. I went after a rainy day and they were pure mud. If you hit your ball in there, your ball and shoes are destroyed. Even dry it's just dirt. Fortunately I was only in there once. My partner, not…

From an average golfers point of view, I expected a but more for my money. I'm sure I could have been more aware of the course layout but there where A LOT of PAR3's on the course. The sand traps where like concrete and full of rocks. The tee boxes where fairly overgrown too. For something that was more expensive than the county courses I was disappointed.

More fun than expected !!! Advice: To be candid the only reason I booked here was because it was the only course of with morning teetimes available on a Saturday morning. !! We had a 10:30 AM tee time and got the last two carts. Meaning that anyone showing up after 10:30 had to wait for golfers to complete their round and return their carts before you could get out on the course. !! I have no idea how long the wait was after that but just keep that in mind. The front nine was a little crowded and the fairways are a little narrow so lots of balls flying everywhere. You didn’t dare pick up a ba…

At all costs and all extents avoid playing at this course. Even if it is cheap, they don’t maintain it. The fairway is not cut and hits like rough. The greens feel and are like carpet. The tee boxes are as long as rough in spots and fairway rough in others. Ashamed that I drove 55 miles for this. Left after 4 holes. Gave our cart to 2 kids who got there and at least they played for free. Never Again!!! SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

Made a reservation to play 18 holes with a cart with my son at 1:50 PM. Arrived at 1. We were told the wait for a cart could be at least 1.5 hours. The issue was they were only allowing 1 rider per cart due to social distancing. Ok, get it...but why not be up front about that when receiving reservations. Frustrated but understood. We decided to walk 18. The real issue is no beverages or snacks available for sale except for a vending machine that only accepts cash and they had no cash to make change. Machines don’t accept debit or credit cards? Hello? We’re in the year 2020! How about having so…
