What People Say

In summary

Mariana Butte Golf Course is frequently praised for its beautiful scenery, well-maintained fairways and greens, and creative course design that offers a mix of forgiving and challenging holes. The staff is generally seen as welcoming, and the amenities, including a well-stocked bar and tasty clubhouse food, enhance the overall experience. Some visitors have noted occasional issues with slow pace of play and the condition of practice range balls, but the course remains a favorite for its value and unique setting in Northern Colorado.

Absolutely one of my favorite courses here in Northern Colorado. Course condition is always great and for the price it is hard to beat. Make sure you get a brat at the turn too, they always hit the spot. Highly recommend this course to everyone I play with.

Amazing course. Price to play 18 on a Saturday morning with carts was $ 67. Course was beautiful, forgiving and worth the scenic views. The staff and starter welcomed us and it was a memorable course for our guys annual golf trip. Thank you!

Beautiful course that was in great condition, with lush green fairways, rough that was just long enough to make escape a little difficult but not impossible to find your golf ball, and smooth greens that rolled true and at good speed even though some appeared to have been recently sanded. The grill had a nice menu and good service. All around a great course to visit in northern Colorado! Reasonable prices!

Public Golf Corse. You would think it’s a members only but not at all. This golf course has everything a private golf course does. Check it out!

Golfed 18 holes here on Sunday for my first time and absolutely loved it. Very unique course with natural rocks formations and mountains all around. The greens were super nice as well. We even got lucky and 6 elk came out from the trees and walked across the course to a pond. It was truly one of a kind experience and I can’t wait to go back!

Very nice golf course but had to hit off of fake grass mats. What a shame to get a 4 star rating for this. I would go again and give them another chance. To nice of a course to be blinded by eco politics.

Gorgeous scenery at every point on the course. Wide fairways. Greens were tricky- sloped and a little fast. Fairways and greens were in great condition. Pace of play was good (this was a Thursday am). I would go back anytime I am near Loveland.

I try and play this course or the OLD Course when in Loveland. MB is definately an experience with elevation changes, water, sand and scenery! It is very forgiving in spots, yet challenging in others. Be careful of the carries and native grasses that can snag a ball or two. The greens in November were patchy in spots but playable. PRACTICE YOUR PUTTING before teeing off. Greens can be very fast. Concerns: Starter was very pointed in her directions, almost to the point of being rude, but I guess some patrons need direction. The cart girl only found us once in 18 holes. Would recommend getting t…

This was a great experience, I didn't even golf, I was a guest, but it being my first time, this is what everybody should do, because if they were golfing they wouldn't have time to wander around and take the different paths to great viewpoints in which you can take some really OUTSTANDING pictures. The hot dogs from the clubhouse are also tasty. 😋

Had heard much great things about this course over the years and was finally able to play it this past Friday. Beautiful course, well maintained and creative holes that challenge you as a golfer. We had an unexpected obstacle which added to the excitement of playing the course..

One of my favorite courses on the front range. The views, unique and creative course design, and quality of the course are top tier for a public course. Views and wildlife around the course add to it being a fun experience no matter how well your round is going that day… Price is great. Only down side is the pace of play, most rounds have been 5+ hours and have even had a round push 6 hours.
