In summary

Maplehurst Country Club is widely praised for its well-maintained course, featuring unique and challenging holes with beautiful views and affordable pricing. The staff is noted for their friendliness, and the club offers good amenities, including a convenient driving range. However, some visitors have mentioned issues with drainage after rain and a slow pace of play, which can affect the overall experience.

The course was really well taken care of. Quite a bit of variations between holes. If you can get good here you can get good anywhere. The bad was that some of the holes are too hard for a beginner so I had some discomfort there. Also, the pace of play is blah. We had a slow group in front of us and then a group on our tails that would not let up. Another pro is the driving range across the street, really easy to use and warm up on. Overall I recommend Maplehurst.

Nice course. It's tough to score here, though. Greens are frightfully small and hard. Got to play them short in the approach area. Go for the pin. You'll get penalized. Nicely maintained fairways are a plus. It's a good time, worth the money. I'm not going to collect a paycheck from golfing, so take that into consideration when reading this. Come out and just have a good time. I'll be back.

Nice course, but very wet. I recommend not playing here if it has rained recently. When it's dry, it is a great course and one of the more difficult courses in the area.

This is a fun course with many unique holes. We played right after a pretty heavy rain storm and it dried out nicely. Thanks for having us.

The course (in general) was in nice condition yesterday when I played there, but here is my complaint... I have no issues with hazzards and high rough (which they DON'T have), but Maplehurst seems to try to increase complexity by having creeks and ravines through almost every fairway. For non professional players hitting a drive straight and decently long is difficult enough... why make it so that the average player gets penalized for a decent drive? I realize that the designers had to work with the land they were given, but this isn't a great track for someone who just wants to work on the…

Played on July 6th when lots of other courses are burned out. The greens were in fantastic condition and the fairways were also great shape. Had a fast morning round and was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded expectations.

Was fallowed for 3 holes by the manager or owner for a big miss understanding. She even made sure we finally saw her as she drove by fake smiles and wave. Will never golf there again and will let my friends who golf there and and work know how they treat people.
