Legacy Golf Club at Lakewood Ranch

We stopped in at Legacy for the first time as we have golf lessons at GolfTEC. We just wanted to grab a lite lunch and hit some balls on the Range. The atmosphere is like being in a private club but it's public what a beautiful place. It was incredible sunny day for a change in January so we thought we'd sit out on the deck and we ordered our lunch. Overall, I enjoyed this golf course. Easy to get to, nice people, water stations provided and the layout was pretty good, but what else would expect from the King? I used a Group Golfer coupon so it was very reasonable. The fairways and tee boxes were great. The fairway was like hitting off carpet. Sand traps were well maintained and showed no signs of flooding. The only complaint I had, and the reason for the 4 out of 5 were the greens. This course was fantastic. Well maintained and very beautiful. More than what I'm used to paying back home but didnt mind splurging to play at an Arnold Palmer course and I'm on vacation. It was extremely busy so I would definitely make a tee time. Got a complementary drink for buying a round of golf and they had a refreshment cart that made it's way around several times during our game. I'll be back for sure.

A great golf course, even for higher handicappers like myself. Well maintained course, and the clubhouse and facilities were top notch. Brooke on the beverage cart was terrific! We saw her several times on our outing. A great day, and we will definitely be back.

I have to say the course was in great shape, the greens were rolling true and were quick. I'm definitely looking to return soon. I cannot endorse the high greens fee, the course is not worth the amount they are asking. The pace of play was great for a Monday afternoon.

Had a great round of golf. Course in really good shape. Everyone was very accommodating. After the round the the clubhouse were friendly. Drinks were cold and loved the pizza oven.

Sure, I recently played a round of golf at Legacy Golf Club and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The course was beautifully maintained and offered a great variety of challenging holes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making for an overall enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back to play again and would highly recommend this course to any avid golfer.

Arrived early and was able to tee off right away. The course is in good shape and saw a big old gator. My son had a blast and they even give kids a discounted price which is nice

Best public course. The staff were super friendly, the food at the bar was fantastic. The course was in phenomenal shape. Great layout. It’s a players course but has different tee boxes for your handicap. The greens are top notch it’s like playing copperhead. We will be going back!!!! It’s that good

It had been 15 years since I last played there. The course is in great condition.
