In summary

Lancaster Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, featuring excellent greens and fairways, and a layout that is both challenging and enjoyable. The staff is often noted for being friendly and accommodating, contributing to a positive golfing experience. However, some visitors have pointed out issues with course maintenance, such as temporary greens and uneven cup placements, and a limited clubhouse and dining options. Overall, the course offers good value and a welcoming atmosphere, though a few areas could benefit from improvement.

Had a great time with my father in law. Course was in decent shape. It had rained the day before so the course was soaked and the sand traps were really bad. Other than that, I have no complaints. Really good layout and everyone that I ran into that worked there was really nice. Course is very open. I only lost 1 ball and that's because it went into the water. Would play here again. Paid $30 to walk on a Saturday at 1:30.

Despite having a couple temporary greens painted on the fairway (which we were told about in advance), the course was good. It’s hilly and challenging, but beautiful. Prices were reasonable and staff were helpful.

Clean course, good greens and a challenging track. You really need to put your ball in the right spot even though it can be wide open.

Staff in the clubhouse was great as always, but course maintenance seems to be slipping. Fairways were lush Bermuda, but tee boxes, greens & bunkers were in only fair shape. All the cups were cut too deep and many had an uneven lip as shown in this pic on #18. For the $$ paid better upkeep is required. Oh yeah, carts are very nice.

Dropped in with no tee time. James at check in was very accommodating. He sent me out with a threesome almost immediately. Great group of people. Course is in great shape.

A wide open, forgiving golf course. The course is in excellent shape, fairways like carpet and greens that roll true. Make this a place you need to go, you will be pleasantly suprised.
